The car wash cycle did not finish and left my van covered in soap. I was irritated, but did not complain and began to vacuum my van within two minutes the vacuum is done and my partner went in to ask her to turn it back on. She refused and said we needed to pay for the vacuum. (Mind you the vacuum is put together with masking tape.) She refused, so I went in to politely ask for her to turn it back on as it is part of the car wash service. She refused again and told me I needed to pay a dollar. I asked her for her managers name, and she said it was her . I asked her for her supervisor's name and she said it was the owner. I asked for his name and all she would do is give me his first name and said he is out of town. Please do not do business with this awful location. It is run down and they clearly do not appreciate customers.

I had it done for $350 with polish to the back brakes & completely replace the front. Abel was the one who serviced me and gave me a ride to work which was less than 1/2 a mile away. It is literally right next to the freeway so I can just hop on and drive home. I would probably come here again for car maintenance. Do call in ahead of time to see if they are free to look at your car. Their hours are roughly 9am to 5pm. Gas station itself is open for awhile but I don't use this one.
