This is a nice clean gas station, but it's deceiving. They show prices but the cheaper prices are if you include a car wash.

The staff, specifically, Maria is the least helpful employee I have ever had experienced. I have spent hundreds of dollars at this gas station over the past several years and purchased many car washes Today, I filled my van and redeemed a car wash purchase. The car wash cycle did not finish and left my van covered in soap. I was irritated, but did not complain and began to vacuum my van within two minutes the vacuum is done and my partner went in to ask her to turn it back on. She refused and said we needed to pay for the vacuum. (Mind you the vacuum is put together with masking tape.) She refused, so I went in to politely ask for her to turn it back on as it is part of the car wash service. She refused again and told me I needed to pay a dollar. I asked her for her managers name, and she said it was her . I asked her for her supervisor's name and she said it was the owner. I asked for his name and all she would do is give me his first name and said he is out of town. Please do not do business with this awful location. The car wash and service is bad. I'm sure gas is fine. Car wash is constantly down even though they sell you a membership. How convenient- close the wash so they get your money and don't have to provide a service. I cancelled and a year later I tried to give them another chance and twice the wash skipped rinse and just dried soap on my car. I had to go home and hand wash it. I notified the cashier and he asked if I purchased the low end wash. I said yes and he just shrugged his shoulders and said "that's probably why". Cheap or not a wash should include rinse. I canceled the membership again and won't be fooled into thinking they will improve. read more

The worst experience ever. This girl that calls herself the manager, would not check the pump that I was on for fixing the nozzle. I went in nicely to ask, if she can come out n check it for me, she said, she won't and I said, can I get a refund for the $1.60 and the $10 car wash. That was a for sure, NOI then asked her, what's tge name of the manager and she said her, I said ok, cam I have the owners name. The thing is, she was even worse when I went back in a second time and told me to get the FUCK out lady, I said can I at least get the refund for the $10 car wash. Once again a no abd that she won't and they don't do. Now looking at these refers no wonder why it's a 1.7 . This location used to be great. Ever since it was sold it just went down hill. Until last month they had great fuel prices. Now they 25 cents higher than the shell on Yosemite and 35 higher than the mobil on kahuener. I used the car wash 2 weeks ago and the dryer wasn't working properly. I told the attendant about it, he thanked me for letting him know and gave me a refund. I used it today and it is still broken. I went in to tell the attendant and this time the so called manager was there. She said the issue had been reported. I asked why they are still operating a broken car wash and she just looked at me. This unit was installed about 2 years ago and it looks like it's been there for 20 years. The walls are filthy, the unit has many broken lights. As a former dealer i would be ashamed to have my station look like this. All these people seem to care about is making money. If I could, I would give them zero stars. Who thinks of looking at reviews for gas stations before you buy gas.. right? you need gas, gas is pretty much gas except for the price. Until it's not. I made the colossal error of Not reading my fellow yelpers reviews and I got the exact same thing a ton of people below did who also didn't read the yelp's... it just happens slightly different but it's the same scam every time bottom line . Today compelled me to write my review. I've purchased the Mobile car wash app that they offer and for the most part 99% of the time the app works . usually there isn't more than 1-2 cars in front of you so it WAS a pretty good deal, no problem here until you need say Gasoline...... TODAY... while purchasing gas I purchased a car wash at the pump to get the .20 discount per gallon for 3.99 vs 4.19 for 87 octane . I'm pumping and at $5.21 the pump stops , and the screen says "pumped stoped" So I go in ask for the lady to reset the pump, she says "it's not the pump it's your car" look at the screen" I said Yes the screen says PUMP STOPPED wtf? lady Your pump says STOPPED . She stopped the pump . She then snipped something under her breath at me and i was done. She stopped the pump so that Id have to reinsert my card a second time spending another $10 to get the .20 cent discount or pay $4.19 per gallon . Sorry I didn't fall for it. Got my car wash and drove to costco to fill up . Scams and poor customer service like this woman is what drives customers to the big box stores .I don't recommend this gas station or car wash . I purchased gas & carwash to receive the lower gas price and had 90 days to get carwash. I don't live or work in the area. I went to get the car wash at the end of the 90 days and the carwash was down for repairs. The attendant told me not to worry about it and come back after the repair even though the receipt would have expired. I went back a couple of weeks later, when I was in the area again. The attendant, not the same one, refused to honor the receipt. I went next door and filled up. I went back to retrieve my receipt that I left without. The attendant wouldn't retrieve it from the trash that he had put it in. There was a nice gentleman inline that heard my request. He asked the attendant to let me retrieve my receipt from the trash since he wouldn't. The receipt was on the top, not dirty or wet as the attendant had stated. I thanked the gentleman for his assistance and left. I would not recommend this gas station that does not honor pre-paid services! Whether expired or not, it was money that they received. It would not cost them overhead that was already paid for and now they have lost my patronage as well as the gentleman that was in line. read more

The carwash is taking money but not providing car washes. The attendant said it's been consistently doing that but instead of putting a cone in front of it, he's continuing to allow people to insert money and receive nothing. I will be canceling my carwash memebership and not returning for gas. read more

Absolutely rude & disrespectful service from George. Pulled up to a pump, got gas & selected for a $10 car wash. (No where at the pump does it say no trucks in the car wash.) Pulled up to the car wash, George approaches the car & says we need to fold the mirrors, no big deal. Then he proceeds to say no trucks are allowed... but you should be fine. We decided it's not worth it, so we ask for a simple refund. He says he can't as the gas price is discounted $0.10 per gallon. He refused to give us our money back even when we asked to give us the difference. We were going back & forth arguing over $10. He said if the car was damaged he would take responsibility. How can you take responsibility if a truck is damaged but not provide a $10 refund? He was completely disrespectful & offered no solution. DO NOT BUY A CARWASH HERE!! I got gas and a carwash,it says no trucks for the carwash so I checked with the cashier and he said no your good! I said OK and went thru with the $10 wash and it broke BOTH my mirrors! I called and talked to the "manager" Maria and she said there's NOTHING she can do wtf! I said I was able to fix one of my mirrors but the other one is jacked up and cost me $78 to fix just the cap, it had cracked! She could care less and they won't do anything to help you at ALL! After years of using this station, I'm at a loss as to what's with this lady's attitude. The pump charged me $9 for a car wash. But their car wash is broken! And the lady refuses to give me a refund based on the notion that the system gives a discount when the car wash option is selected. Well, how's that my fault? Frankly why don't you change the software not to charge people when YOUR machine is broken?? I tell you what, you lost a loyal customer with your horrible attitude. Don't buy the "The Works" car wash. First cycle is fine, soapy and all. Next cycle should be clear goat sealant. Nopity nope. I bought a $10 carwash that was suppose to be good until 12/17/20. I tried to use it on 12/15/20 but the code did not work. I was told to come back the following day to talk to the manager. I came back today and the guy George (manager) told me why I waited this long and said he can't help me. They just stole $10 from me. Convenient gas station just off the 101 in Simi Valley on the Stearns Rd exit. Lots of lanes and easy-to-use pumps. There is a drive through car wash and a small mini-mart that I didn't go in. We just stopped to get gas and we did that perfectly fine - in and out very quickly. Thanks Stearns Mobil! read more

Warning do not buy an $8.00 car wash from here. They lure you in with a cheaper price for gas if you buy a car wash which unfortunately I did. It was at night so I didn't notice all the soap residue and streaks left on my car until I pulled into my garage. I went back and asked if l could get it rewashed. The very rude attendant said that's what you get for an $8.00 wash soap and water. I'm fine with that if the soap is washed off with the water which not all of it was . Guy was a complete jerk! This is my first Yelp review and unfortunately it has to be a negative one. I just want to WARN everyone and please be AWARE that this gas station may cheat you. This morning I paid cash for the $0.10 discount per gallon as opposed to paying by credit/debit. When I went to pump my gas, it registered at the credit/debit price. I walked back to talk to the cashier (middle-aged, heavy set man) about the price differences thinking he must have inadvertently hit the wrong button, and he told me to try pumping anyways... "the price will change." I told him I wasn't going to try that so he walks over to the pump and did it himself. Of course, it does not change, it's pumping gas at the credit/debit price. He goes on to tell me that it "would take awhile" for him to change the price. I don't know how their system works, but uhm... you can't just cancel the transaction and input a new transaction at the cash pricing? I wasn't going to wait around for him to do whatever he had to do so I decided to get a refund and drive across the street for gas. He did apologize, but also said "good thing you noticed... blah blah blah." This makes me skeptical that he may be doing this for who knows how long to the many customers before me. SO, when/if you come here for your gas or goods, make sure to check your receipts, change, etc. They may be charging you more or short-changing you! To me, it's the principle that counts. I hope that this is just "my luck" and that he/this gas station is not intentionally cheating and taking advantage of their customers especially those that don't pay attention or notice. read more
