Newly remodeled, gas station tanks are very clean and nice. Customer service is great. The gentleman behind the counter is always friendly.

My husband went in to check his lottery tickets and the man behind the counter said he had to manually check them. It made my husband uncomfortable, so when the man said he didn't win anything, my husband took his tickets back. A few days later he took them to 7 eleven on E. LA Ave. He won just over 30.00! You try to think good of people but I guess you can't trust everyone. So sad! read more

They give a small discount on fuel with the higher priced car wash. We needed both after a road trip and got things handled okay. Not the best prices but better than most. read more

Dirty station. Barely maintained. There isn't even water for the windshield squeegee.

Friendly staff. High quality fuel with low price. Always the best in town. Plus they have a good carwash.

Worst drive thru car wash station. I pay $5 for the car wash and I noticed there's no even soap coming out from the water. I asked the cashier nicely to fix it and the guy he gave me a bad attitude, he told me the soap comes with the water at the same time. And when i answer him, i told him that, "how come there's no even bubbles in the water if he telling me thats theres soap". As far as I know, basic car wash drive thru, it comes with soap , rinse, and air dry.. For me, It doesn't make any sense what he's saying.. I'm not complaining for $5 refund, Im just telling them to fix they're machine, for a better service. Worst Customer service.. It sounds like it was my fault earlier for not buying they're $9 service wash which is, it comes with they're colorful triple colorful wash.. read more

BEWARE!! Do not go to pump number 2!!! Broken!!!! Notified the attendant that the pump was pumping gas slow. The sensor is broken on this pump and overflowed gas everywhere, all over my car and on the ground. I asked the attendant to help me to resolve the matter of the overcharge for the extra gas due to the defective pump. He blamed the problem that it was due to my car, which is brand new. LOL. Don't really care about the overcharge, but the lack of responsibility and poor customer service was just mind blowing. A simple matter, but pure negligence. The pump is still active and open. BEWARE and cautious, my 2 second turn away could of been worse. Thanks y'all! read more

Crooks. Never pay cash or buy anything there. I paid cash for my gas 100 and forgot to get change right away. I came back the same day like an hour later and the dude tells me probably someone else asked for change and he gave it to them. B.S. Cops will help someone get their change if a buyer complains of the price when I sold a usedbike from my residence, they can't help me if I get ripped off they just tell me to call the manager if it's a place of business in Seedy Valley. All of them refused to look into it further and said there's nothing they can do. They are bold liars, terrible business. read more

REVISED REVIEW - They have fixed the volume to be MUCH more tolerable! It still starts at 5am and goes until 11pm at times. The Car Wash should only operate between after 7am. PLEASE READ BEFORE VISITING: If I could leave a negative star, I would. The noise from this car wash disturbs it's neighbors, beginning at 5am! The noise wakes everyone up, it sounds like a continual pulsating car horn. It's unfair to us to have to be subjected to that. We can't enjoy our backyard, the noise overpowers any music or conversation. We have to keep all of the windows closed and the air on, it's the only way to avoid the obnoxious honking machinery sound. The employees are well meaning and not to blame. This is the owners fault. We have talked to them multiple times about it and the city won't do a thing about it. They said "they called for service" or "they are getting it fixed" but it's been almost a year. Imagine honking outside of your window, spaced out by 1 or 3 or 5 seconds. Imagine this going on for minutes until you cannot fall back asleep at 5am! read more

Alliance Gas Station - Gas Stations Near Me - Simi Valley, California

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING HERE!!! Went to pump gas at this dirty Alliance gas / Food Mart establishment at the corner of Stearns and Cochran in Simi Valley, I paid at the pump with a debit card and was charged the credit price instead of the cash/debit price .. went inside to inform the clerk they overcharged me showed her my receipt she made a phone call to the owner who basically said too bad it was my fault I didn't do it right when the pump was clearly not working correctly, an additional owner came out and tried the same pump with her debit card and it did not work right either , when I asked for the difference be reimbursed they refused andthen called the cops on me for trespassing when they were clearly in the wrong and their equipment is not working properly .. I have never been treated that bad as a customer anywhere in Simi Valley but these people were downright rude and totally disrespectful to me even though they were in the wrong. These people are nothing but Crooks and I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau and calling corporate office of Global Partners LP that they are affiliated with ... the owners of this establishment clearly do not have good business ethics and treat patrons like dirt they do not even deserve one star and this place should put out of business read more

My biggest gripe with the place was the loud car wash buzzer going off while I was attempting to enjoy my backyard or sleep. Now that the car wash doesn't bark when somebody uses it, I changed my review to reflect the working car wash read more

I have never been treated so rudely in my entire life. The attendance at this gas station are mean angry people that will treat you very poorly. The manager spit in my face and screamed at me after I apologized and even offered to pay for leaving a key in the bathroom. If this is how they're going to treat people perhaps they should try a different non customer service-based business. I will never allow my wife or anyone I know to use that gas station again. read more

You know...Customer Service is still important. I think there is a thought that people have to spend there money with you but the truth is they do not. I have seen the staff at this gas station be rude to customer and just figured it was a one off thing until it happened to me. Since then I have taken my dollars elsewhere. read more

BEWARE VERY RUDE BEHIND COUNTER PJ I believe. I paid for air using quarters didnt work. I let guy inside know he didn't care. Said its not his problem and not his machine. Started yelling at me when I was asking him for help w machine. No stars if I could read more

This gas station is from the Twilight Zone. The 2 Indian guys at night are ALWAYS screaming & yelling at the customers. He tried to chase me off the other night for cleaning my windows and said I "was taking too long". LOL. He got mad after I ignored him and said he was going to call the cops. I said, go for it. Call Mr Black and White and let's see what happens. People on FB hate this place. read more

This is the best gas station around 99% of the time they have the best prices. All the boys from Sri Lanka are friendly and keep the place like it was home. I would usually give a four on this review but after reading what other have wrote. read more

This place is terrible, worst customer experience. I went through their car wash all seemed fine, the machine lights up saying to back up. I back up and it just turns off. I got the cashier and ask him to give me a ticket to go back through and the guy proceeds to yell at me that the money will be returned in 3 days. I said look i want a car wash now, please give me a ticket do i can go through the car wash and all will be good. No I will not give you something for free, just pay again and you will have your car wash. This is so petty, why not just give your customer a code and all is good and you retain a customer. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE, read more

They will steal your money!!! I gave David "the owner" $27.00 that I wanted in pump number 3 he only gave me $17.00 in gas. Went back in and told him there was something wrong I only got $17.00 pumped in gas. He said "you only gave me $17.00. I said no I gave you 27.00 Check your camera! After checking he said "yes, yes, I'll put now." No apology! After pumping my gas the second time I went back to get my second receipt and told him to at least apologize! Make sure you check the amount of gas you pump in your car!!! They are thieves and will take your money!!! Make them go back and see the camera!!! read more

On 8-27-19 at 9:01PM, I purchased a Basic $5 car wash using a credit card at the car wash vending machine, located at the entrance to the car wash. The car wash suddenly stopped washing about 1/2 way through the process. The brush spinners stopped near the back of the vehicle, and it just left us sitting there wet. The fans never kicked in. We waited a couple of minutes, and then I drove out, parked, and went inside the station, and asked the attendant named Annur if the car wash could be restarted, he said "no". I asked if I could have a refund, he said "no, it will be automatic". He asked if I was in Park or Neutral, and I said Park. As he phoned his boss, Annur said to me: "you were in Neutral?", and I said "no, I was in Park". When his boss picked up the phone, Annur described the error codes on his computer screen, and asked his boss if the car wash could be restarted. His boss apparently tried to explain the procedure, but Annur could not understand, so his boss told him to shut down the car wash. After he hung up the phone, I asked nicely again for a refund, and Annur said: "We will be charging you $15,000.00, just like the last guy who broke the car wash, or maybe even $20,000.00. We'll see tomorrow morning, after they review the video, to see what you did to the break the car wash". As I drove away, I saw Annur placing a chain across the car wash entrance. Over the years since 1982, I've spent many thousands of dollars purchasing gasoline, and car washes at this station (it used to be a Mobil station). Those days are certainly over. And after reading the other reviews, I do apologize to the rest of the community for supporting this business. read more

Horrible owner. The employee inside is claiming to be the owner, his name is PJ. I Went up to the window to ask for a reprint receipt because the pump didn't print one. He ignored me while I stood there for a while, I couldn't go inside because I had my kids in the car. He then kept telling me he couldn't hear me finally printed the wrong receipt and slid it into the tray. Again I asked him to print the right one, he got annoyed, printed it and shoved it into the tray, but to where I couldn't reach it. After miming my way telling him I couldn't get it, he starts yelling to go inside. Once inside he proceeds to yell at me telling me it's not his problem I have my kids in the car. We get into a yelling match, him telling me it's not his problem, finally prints the receipt , crumbles it up and throws it on the floor telling me to get it. Ridiculous customer service. This guys should be investigated, very confrontational and rude. Finally he gave me my recipe ( I paid for a car wash that's why I needed it) and told me to get out and that I'm not welcomed anymore. Horrible service and business! Oh, and when I asked if he was the owner, he yelled "of course! That's why I'm yelling at you like this!" Wow! Don't come here... seriously, push your car to the next gas station! Horrible!!! read more
