Our chairs are approx 12 yrs old and have NEVER been cleaned. There was a very noticeable black film across the back of the chairs because of use and Thanksgiving was steadily approaching. My mother wanted to buy new chairs @ $250/each!! Instead, I suggested a cleaning service that had EXCELLENT ratings on Google. The FREE estimate that was provided AFTER their inspection of the chairs was OUTSTANDING! I won't divulge the LOW price because everyone's situation is different. Let me tell you something. DIAMOND CARPET & UPHOLSTERY did a FANTASTIC job on our 4 dining chairs. The way Scott & Cindy run their business is EXEMPLARY!! They kept 'in touch' and kept us abreast of every detail going forward. As a retired United Airlines Flight Attendant (40 years) I KNOW Customer Service, and these folk's got it!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND DIAMOND CARPET & UPHOLSTERY. K Velardi

I was expecting a deep…read morecleaning, but the price was significantly higher than other estimates I received for the same type of job. Before giving such a drastic price, I would strongly recommend asking for more detailed information about the size of the home and exactly which areas need to be cleaned. The home is completely empty, which should make the cleaning much more straightforward. I compared multiple companies and unfortunately, this quote was far too expensive compared with the others. I would encourage anyone considering this company to get multiple estimates first.

We have off white wall-to-wall wool loop pile carpeting, including stairs and entry room-- I am sure these carpets haven't been cleaned in over 20 years! There was quite frankly a fair bit of furniture that we really couldn't move ourselves and they made it so easy to clean everything. I decided on the spot to add a sofa and some throw pillows and they just easily added it to the job. Pricing is so fair and reasonable. My whole family loves it and totally notices the difference!! FIVE STARS!
