We spoke several times before she came to my home to discuss what my expectations were and to look at my home to give me a fair amount of what she would charge. Ruthie was as nice, honest and professional in person as she was the many times we spoke by phone. What I liked most about Mamma Clean is that it would be Ruthie and another lady named Mariana cleaning my home, not strangers. Ruthie also offered to put together a cleaning kit for me, filled with products and cleaning supplies I would need to clean my home the weeks that she would not. Ruthie came with bags full including all the receipts. This was extremely helpful to me as my home is new with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances I never had in my former home. The day came for Ruthie and Mariana to clean my home. They were prompt and carried in their own cleaning supplies and equipment. Several hours later Ruthie texted me they were done. I walked into my home and was speechless. My home was impeccable, shining, so beautiful I wanted to touch nothing. It smelled so fresh, my floors sparkled!! This was over the top exceptional cleaning. My toilet paper was even folded like you find in a fancy hotel and my front door was completely cleaned, something we never even spoke about. My daughter actually asked me if the light fixture in the hallway was new because it was so sparkling. I could go on and on but I just want to stress that Mamma Clean is a service above any other. There are different plans to choose from, Ruthie will accommodate as frequent or infrequent that she is needed. It's been over a week since Ruthie cleaned my home and it still smells incredible. I offered coffee, water, soda, cookies - nothing stopped them from their tasks. Albania even starting singing while she was working, so they happily found an accompanying playlist while they labored on.. They worked for hours - and bagged up all the dirtied paper towels and dusters to take to the trashcans. I was there the whole time, but I truly believe that didn't make one bit of difference with these ladies. They were there to finish a job that they had been hired to do. The price was quoted prior to the hire after describing what needed to be cleaned and the size of the house. It is not an hourly rate, but based on the job being completed. Very nice, hard-working crew that I would definitely hire again - and that is my plan!

Chatham came in and impressed me from the get go as being very professional and thorough. They did a great job especially in the bathrooms. My house looked amazing when they were finished.
