Anthony was our technician today…read more He arrived on time and explained the process of how he was going to get the stains out of the carpets. Older carpets seen to clean better from what he said. Anthony then gave us a price, which seemed a little steep, but we needed the carpet done so we went ahead with the service. He put protective disposable booties that way as he cleaned the carpet, his shoes don't leave marks if they were dirty. After about a half an hour, Anthony was done. He let us know that it was ok to step on the carpet and if we do, it could be slippery. That was really good of him to let us know because my friend with me uses a cane and a wheelchair on occasion. When we checked out the carpet and Anthony did an amazing job, the carpets looked brand new!! In the end, we didn't mind paying the price because it was worth every penny!

Today was the first time I used Ramirez Carpet Cleaning. I was really impressed with the outcome…read more He came highly recommended to me by my housekeeper. He arrived right on time at 9:30AM this morning (Friday 09/09/16). We spoke on the phone 5 days ago, and I explained the size of my two-story home & number of rooms. We agreed upon a price before he arrived. I specifically asked if there would be any additional or hidden charges for extras for such things as cleaning the stairs, taking equipment upstairs or cleaning major stains. He said no extra charge for stairs (which other companies charge extra for), The possible extra cost would be for dog stains or other deep dark stains in the carpet. I did not have any of those. He spent two hours working on the upstairs and downstairs of my house and the carpets looked fantastic when he was finished. The chemicals he used had a nice smell to them to make my house smell really nice. He uses a truck mounted unit that forces water into the carpet and then sucks it out through a vacuum system right out to his vehicle. He said allow about four hours for the carpet to completely dry. Before he accepted my payment he offered me a pair of plastic booties to walk through the house and take a look and see if there's any sections that might need to be taken care of a little bit better. But, everything looked perfect it was like brand-new carpet I could not believe the difference just from the two hours he spent on it. I was able to leave the house after he finished and left my upstairs windows open and my ceiling fans on; to speed up the drying process. When I arrived home about 3 1/2 hours later most of the carpet was dry except for the stairs, and that will probably take another two hours based on their location in my home. I thoroughly recommend Ramirez Carpet service for your next carpet cleaning!
