Nadir immediately said he could be at our home in 20-25 mins for a free inspection of what might be going on, which was an unbelievable response time and offer considering the timing. Despite it being 10 pm, he was in full uniform, wore shoe covers, gave his business card etc. which was utmost professional. He identified that it was a small leak in the roof that was making its way into the attic and drywall and what we really needed was a roofer and not a restoration expert or a plumber. So all we did was to put a bucket to collect the dripping water where Nadir identified it. We got the roof taken care of later, but Nadir refused to accept any payment of any sort (we even offered to Venmo him) despite it being afterhours and without him we would've stressed all of Christmas and holidays. He was godsent and i truly appreciate his principles, customer service and professional ethics.

We called over the weekend when we found their information and setup an appointment for a free appraisal the following Monday. We were given a window starting at 8 am and Louis showed up at 7:45! Within just a few minutes he confirmed it was in fact black mold and they would be able to help us. He described what the process would be like and provided a quote. We attempted to obtain a second quote, but never received a response back from the second company, which is fine because they wanted $200 just to come out! We called Dry More back Thursday and they were able to give us a Saturday appointment. His team of technicians were very prompt, friendly, professional and knowledgeable about the issue and how to prevent it from happening in the future. They had the sheet rock removed and everything cleaned and wiped down within 2 hours. They had to leave behind equipment to properly dry the area that needed to run for 24 hours but his tech offered to get approval to come back Sunday to pick everything up, even though they don't work on Sundays. I appreciate the quick response to our situation which could have been worse if we waited much longer to take care of it. I hope we won't get into another situation that will require this type of service, but if we do, I'm definitely giving Louis a call.
