Food was decent. Tasted fresh. Ive been looking for a good cheesesteak place since moving to Oregon city. Glad to finally find one.

I absolutely love a good Philly cheesesteak sandwich and when I saw this cart I knew I had to try it. So I ordered up the original Philly cheesesteak sandwich that comes with crinkle cut fries. Who doesn't like crinkle cut fries? :-) They gave me a light up/vibrate device so when my order was ready it would go off. It took approximately 10 minutes and my order was ready. I was absolutely amazed at how large the sandwich was an even the fries were a good portion. They included catsup and some sort of thousand Island dressing on the side as well. It was piping hot so I had to wait a bit. First bite of that sandwich put me in a bit of shock... What is this taste that's a bit overpowering and it doesn't taste nothing like a "Original" Philly Cheesesteak. I am not a person who likes curry or nutmeg But my Philly cheesesteak had one or both of them on it. What?? Who does that? I took a second bite to confirm... Yuck! And the roll had some sweetness to it. If I wouldn't of got it to go I would've went back and got a refund but I didn't have time. If you are going to use some odd spice on a Philly cheesesteak sandwich you better put it in your menu so people know and aren't shocked when they bite into it If you are going to use some odd spice on a Philly cheesesteak sandwich you better put it in your menu so people know and aren't shocked when they bite into it. I won't do it again. There are plenty of good Philly cheesesteak places around town so you may want to think about your spices. If you happen to like those spices and a sweeter roll you may want to try out this place it was a very good portion and the people were nice.

A look at the cart pod, including a vending machine for masks. Nice idea.

And to the three of you…read moretrying to triangulate my exact location based on this review relax, it's not that serious. Let's get into it. Right off I-205 and just a short cruise up into Happy Valley, this spot feels like the food cart scene finally put on a clean shirt and got its life together. It's modern, it's polished, and it sits in a neighborhood where you don't feel like you need to keep your head on a swivel. No chaos, no nonsense just good eats and a relaxed vibe. What makes this place stand out? Options. A ridiculous amount of them. This isn't a "hope everyone agrees on tacos" situation. This is a "you get what you want, I get what I want, and we all win" kind of place. I've officially made it my mission few days left to try as many carts as humanly possible. Call it a food tour, call it a personal challenge, call it reckless ambition... I'm doing it anyway. We kicked things off at K-Pop Korean Hawaiian BBQ-because when you roll with a buddy from Hawaii, that's basically law. And let me tell you, it delivers. Bold flavors, solid portions, and that perfect fusion vibe that just works. Honestly, it set the bar high and that's saying something, because every cart here seems to bring their A-game. The setup is dialed in too. Covered seating for those rainy Oregon days, indoor space when winter decides to show up with attitude, and open-air areas when you want to sip a little wine or knock back a cold brew like a civilized adult. Surrounded by trees and mountain views, it almost tricks you into thinking you planned something outdoorsy... when really, you just came to eat. And here's the kicker it's clean. Like, noticeably clean. The carts look new, the area is well kept, and the whole place feels intentional. Not slapped together. Not gritty. This is food carting with standards. If you're local, you already know. If you're passing through, put this at the top of your list. And if you're doing a full-on food truck tour? Start here. Set the tone right. Because trust me after this, when you head back downtown and start dodging zombies and chaos... you'll miss this place real quick.

Love me some Happy Valley Station!…read more This is like the upscale farmers market of food carts- park your car, enjoy the landscaping, and check it all out. Dog friendly, Kid friendly, 100-year old friendly. Lots of clean and tidy indoor and outdoor cafeteria-style seating to choose from. Carts are covered from the rain, but outside. Beer and Espresso served and paid for inside. Restrooms are accessible and inside. Carts will give you a buzzer to notify you when the order is ready, so you can go walk around or find a seat while you wait. It was very busy this particular day, but no problem, all the carts seemed to be prepared for that! Just a lot of friendly faces who understood we needed to drool over all the menus before arriving somewhere. We landed on Premier Japanese Hibachi and loved all the flavor. Some of the freshest shrimp and yakisoba I have ever had. We also had the grilled shrimp and steak. TIP: don't forget to ask how you want your steak because it is made to order! The sauces on the side were perfect for dipping and sharing. Unfortunately, the portions did feel small for $18 a plate. Also, how to order water with your meal was confusing- another worker said just go inside. Eventually I saw signs that water is free with purchase or $1, but you would think it would be obvious. Overall, Premier Japanese Hibachi and everything else was a hit, 10/10, TY!

NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN AND NEITHER SHOULD YOU. When i walked in, it was my wife and i, and i can…read morealready say this place seemed to be run under bad management because when we went in, the lobby was completely disgusting and the counter and slicer where they would be preparing subs was so dirty, it was caked with meat and cheese. I would have minded if it was at all busy, but there was only 1 other person in the store and 3 people in the back you could here talking incredible loud, would've been nice if we could've been helped sooner. There was a single girl in the front who was registering, and couldn't get to us because of that. After around 3 min of watching this girl run this ship alone, a guy with blonde hair and a mustache came out. He acted like literally nothing happened and he had been there the whole time, before he sliced our subs that girl on register wiped down the counters so we felt more comfortable actually eating the food here. My wife got a cold sub so she got hers sliced and i got a hot sub. I went to the bathroom shortly after ordering and when i came back i heard the most atrocious thing i think i've ever heard in a store, whilst i was in the bathroom the kid with the mustache apparently was talking to another employee behind the wall about how much of a "baddie" my wife was, talking about her body, and made absolutely no attempt to be quite about it. who does that? she told me what she heard while i was in the bathroom, and unfortunately my wife already paid or else i would've never given money to this establishment. In most cases, i would've confronted him myself but my wife didn't want that and the girl who helped us didn't deserve to be around it. We did in fact ask what the kids name was and found out, HE IS THE MANAGER! His name is NOAH. so in case you're thinking about stopping in and getting some food, next time consider if you want inappropriate comments made about you or and woman you may be with.
