When I seem to off script, as I did recently with a bagel sandwich, it was all kind of bad. I ordered no sauce, and they must have heard "extra". Also, half the bagel was inedible as it was too tough and chewy. Cleanliness is hit and miss, interior needs more consistency in checking the dining room and restrooms. Conditionally the space, interior and exterior, is in decent shape. Service is also hit and miss and inconsistent. I can have good service at the speaker and first window, then pull to the second window and get attitude. Overall, this is your quintessential McDonald's l option from food to cleanliness to service.
