The cabbage is crisp and medium sized pieces. The mayo base is very thin - almost to the point where it is dry-ish. It had a slight seasoning that gave it some zip and appeal. The Bru Burger was very good. I went with a thicker patty. It was moist, tender and had a good meat flavor. The caramelizad onions very delicious.
