    Classic double cheeseburger...
    Eddy R.

Wife & I stopped in to get a quick bite 8/18/17 there's nothing quick about our visit, although we didnt washout long to be seated but did wait for about 20 minutes to get drink orders, wife had coke & I had water, shouldn't have taken them another 15 minutes to bring out our order it want like we had ordered milkshakes. Note that it wasn't that busy, there were 2 other tables that were already seated & eating & another server waiting on them. So another table was seated 10 minutes after us, quickly had there drink order placed & ready to order their meal, I mentioned how we were still waiting to order our meal to my wife, server overheard & quickly took our order wife had thee B.L.T & fries I had the original double cheeseburger & fries, once placed it was a long wait to bring out, the table who was seated after us got their food before us, did mention to manager & didn't offer any discount which by that time we didnt care we were ready to go. My wife was real impressed on how delicious it was, mines well it's hard to mess up a classic cheeseburger & fries, it's true about service here...

This place might have bad reviews but I don't think so it has such great food I saw a comment about the food being hot and I was like what do you want your food to be cold so I just think some people over react and this place has great service everyone is so nice!

Good food for good price. Unique in the sense that it is a fast food restaurant that resembles a diner inside, and also has waitresses, servers, etc. Your best bet is to order the food through the drive-through. You'll save yourself the pain of sitting in a dirty restaurant that smells sour. I'll admit I can be a snob, and also you shouldn't be expecting too much from a fast food restaurant. However, I was under the impression, given that they do have servers and such, that the restaurant would be cleaner. We walked in at 3pm on a Thursday. There were maybe 3-4 other families in there, but the place was at most 1/4 full. There is no reason that the lady who brought us to our table had to tell us that she's trying to find a clean table for us to sit in. Most of the tables were unwiped, food on the floor, silverware was cheap and dirty (I had to eat the burger uncut in half because I was afraid of using their utensils). Also, while eating, some guy came and started wiping the windows around us. Food was decent. Would come here again except this time, sticking to the drive-through. No wonder there were so many cars lined up outside but barely anyone inside. One last note, try their milkshake at happy hour. Great deal! Half off making it 1.99$ for a huge huge shake.

I have been waiting at the drive ready to order for about 30 minutes now. What is the purpose of a drive thru if you are going to make customers sit in line for 30 freaking minutes. And I'm still waiting. Fast food my ass. I will not be returning. Lady said that the restaurant was busy inside so she had to make me wait 30 minutes to order. This is upsetting. The steelyard is a joke. Burn it down. Funny I had enough time to check in and write a review. And I'm still in line. Shall we make it a solid hour. After 40 minutes I ordered. And waited like 15 minutes for a hotdog and a coke. Someone from corporate should do something about this crap customer service. I want some free food dammit.

This is Tyshawn a very disrespectful employee at this shitty establishment.

GARBAGE PLACE wish I wasn't forced to give one star! worst experience one could imagine. I realize it's greasy fast food trash but the rubbish that works here strives to be the bottom of the barrel. Drive through tenant his name was Shawn told us to "look chill and hold up" tonight as he gave free food to the car in front of us. I come here probably one time a year and everything about this place sucks. Out of food, rude workers, Slow employees, and orders are always wrong. We eventually told him to refund us and he demanded he wouldn't do it look at the pictures I added for photo evidence of this fool

Dine in was a really good experience. Quiet, fast service, good was hot, and the prices great. HOWEVER! My second visit was through the drive-tru and let's just say my food was so cold the cheese didn't melt. I was going to throw it away but nope. Took it back and requested a refund without issue. They offered to remake my meal, but that's what I expected in the initial transaction. I give money in exchange for hot food. I'll have to go back for a tiebreaker, but as of now, it's too many options to settle for what they offered.

The facility is far bigger than I thought it would be. They have a central restaurant with multiple party centers on either side. It's a really BIG facility. New, modern, and quite attractive. With plenty of convenient parking. The wall of the restaurant that faces Cleveland Hopkins Airport is all glass. It affords you quite an impressive view of the airport and the planes landing. The staff we met was pleasant and efficient. Our server, Mina, did an excellent job all night. If there was a weak point, it would be the food. It was not bad (I'm trying to be kind); it was just uninspired, limited, and not really well prepared. Because they do not offer bread for the table our only option was to order the "Soft Pretzel". It arrived badly overcooked, crunchy not soft, and even boardering on burnt. The charcuterie board was OK, but uninspired. I ordered the "Lemon Chicken" which was a full half chicken in a reasonably good sauce. But the meat was dry and it came only with brussel sprouts (yuk!). My wife had the "Walleye" which she simply said was "okay"... oh well. Our guests weren't any more impressed than we were. I will say our coffee and "Pot de Creme" were very good... thank goodness. All in all, our overall experience was "meh"... just "meh". Sorry - really probably should be 3.5

We dropped in for Happy Hour, looking for cocktails and a few bites, and were immediately struck by the well-appointed space. The runway views at Cleveland Hopkins International Airport added an unexpected layer of entertainment--watching planes take off and land while toasting 14 years of marital bliss felt like the perfect backdrop. We started strong with a French 75 and an Old Fashioned--both expertly crafted, but that Old Fashioned? Smooth, balanced, and memorable enough to set the tone for the entire evening. Wednesday happens to be Wing Day ($2 whole wings), and we took full advantage. We sampled Buffalo, Sweet & Tangy BBQ, Lemon Pepper Dry Rub, and the undeniable star of the show: Garlic Parmesan. Each had its own personality, but that Garlic Parmesan was simply elite. Service was impeccable--Emily was attentive without being intrusive, making sure our experience flowed as effortlessly as the cocktails. Speaking of which, round two brought a Cosmo alongside a repeat of that Old Fashioned...because when you find the right note, you stay in that key. For food, we shared the French Dip Baguette--shaved prime rib, provolone, horseradish aioli, and au jus done right--and paired it with the Mega Crunch Fries, elevated with sea salt, rosemary, and a light truffle oil drizzle. Simple menu items, executed with intention. We closed the evening the same way we began--together, with one final round of Old Fashioneds. A Happy Hour well spent. A celebration well honored. A 14-year journey still taking off.

It was topped with a thin layer of rhubarb jam that brought a nice tartness along with a dollop of sorghum butter and whipped cream, and served with Ohio maple syrup on the side.
