The young men that work here really hustled. After we pulled in and turned on our lights, they quickly took our order. I had a galley boy, a peanut butter milkshake and split a potato tweezers and potato puffs. The food came quickly and was piping hot, and the order was totally correct!!!! The potato tweezers were my favorite. Yummy goodness inside a fried potato like food. My milkshake was good, but all the peanut butter was at the bottom and I only really tasted it when I was down to the last quarter. I liked the burger, and the carmelized onions were tasty, but just a tad too sweet. I will definitely Italy return and try a different burger, but will definitely get the potato tweezers.

Tasty fast food delivered to car by friendly servers. Well prepared to order. Mix and match your shakes. A little pricier than you'd expect for the size of sammiches but for the experience and joy of my son it was a nice visit.

(Update 9/21 I had the BBQ pork sandwich again it wasnt as good. Kinda dry) 3 stars We'll try the galley boy next time. Pro tip pull in or back in so they can see ur headlights. Really helps out the bellhop said.

They forgot the mustard, pickles and onions.

Chocolate malt was good, fried mushrooms were good but the amount we got was pretty sad, pretty good burgers but we ordered them with ketchup, mustard, pickles and onions and all they had on them was ketchup. Our receipt shows the correct order but they made them wrong. Pretty disappointing, definitely would have been better with mustard, pickles and onions. Also not a fan of the nickel and diming for everything. They charge for whipped cream on a shake, BBQ sauce, grilled onions, lettuce, tomato, etc. These are pretty standard things.

We will go out of our way to have lunch here, but if today was our first time there we would never…read morego back. The woman at the counter was completely unprofessional. We were there in the 1:00 hour on Saturday April 11, 2026 and were ordering when my wife asked what came on the Tuna melt. The woman (grey hair so there is no mistake who this was) very sarcastically said "Tuna, did you just get off the turnip truck?" Seriously? Maybe she was asking if lettuce and tomato came on it. I wanted to walk out but the sandwiches are always so good that I bit my tongue and we did order two tuna melts with added lettuce. There was no reason to demean her for asking what all comes on the sandwich. She was not joking either until I stated the obvious about additional add ons. It's 8:24 and I am still stunned by her attitude towards us. There is no way to convey her tone and attitude here but obviously it bothered me enough to post this. 5 stars food. 0 stars for her.

Nestled in Westlake you might drive by, but make that u-turn and double neck to Lehmans you will not be disappointed. I typically go with an everything bagel egg sandwich, they offer Cleveland Bagel, so a no brainer, that and they grill the bagel on the flattop . Once you place your deli order, hop over to the bakery and get a scone, a muffin, a donut, a slice of pie the possibilities are really endless. They offer a full coffee menu, soups to go, hot items, packed freezer and fridge items too. So get up early and head to Lehmans, especially if you want first dibs on the good donuts!

The nurses and I ordered food from Cocky's for the second and last time. The food here is so good but I feel like I have to be there and supervise to ensure my order is correct and organized. Both orders we spent over $100 and yesterday was the last time. We ordered different items including kettle chips that were not homemade but still charged $2.50, sandwiches THAT WERE MADE WRONG, 4 orders of buffalo chicken dip and bagel chips that were ROCK HARD and thrown in ONE giant bag that needed to be split up amongst nursing. Last time we ordered Gluten free bagel chips with our Buffalo chicken dip, along with other flavors of bagel chips and those were not included. Just plain. AND WE HAVE TO PAY EXTRA FOR GLUTEN FREE!! Needless to say, my coworker could not have eat her food due to unknown gluten. Then after ordering $100 worth of food, NOTHING WAS LABELED with names after we specifically called and asked them to do that. I mean honestly, after spending so much money and hyping up my coworkers to get Cocky's both times, this was a horrible disappointment. No one knew whose food was whose. And when we called the first time to talk to someone, it was impossible to reach anyone. Then when we did speak to someone, they simply said "sorry". SORRY?! Do you know how much door dash is? I expect to get cold food when receiving it on someone else's time, but completely wrong food?? Food made incorrectly, that someone has an allergy to... and you say SORRY? No, we want a refund. Half of us spent money and didn't get to eat. The customer service sucks and I work at multiple hospitals, so I will be sure to let them all know that Cockys does not care about their customers.

This is a Chicago company that I'm glad has landed in Cleveland. I was never a fan of Subway or any of those other places. Potbelly is different. How? Allow me to explain. First, I'll tell you what I usually get, then build from there. I love their turkey, Swiss, and avocado--my absolute fave. Their Italian "Wreck" is Ah-Mazing. The new prime rib is also excellent. For these sandwiches to work, you really need to start with fresh ingredients, or they'll be awful. After they come out of the oven, they add the avocado. I usually add the lettuce, onion, tomato, and a heaping helping of mayo and giardiniera or hot peppers. They're SO good. Their sandwiches are stuffed with ingredients, regardless of which size you get. The Skinny is filling; that's their smallest size. But wait, there's more! Their bagged chips are sui generis to Potbelly. I haven't even seen them sold in Chicago. But they pair perfectly with their sandwiches. Now, I recommend washing this all down with a bit of sweetness. Their Dream Bars are AH-MAZING. Grab one, even if you save it for later. I love them. I'm a big fan of their lemonade because I'm just sick of carbonated sodas. Folks, Clevelanders....it's worth your while to give this place an honest shot! Potbelly... bring back the PB&J! Nothing like a good, toasted, PB&J!
