This is my least favorite location. I really wish they would actually give customers what is on their receipt. Me asking for something I already paid for should never be seen as a courtesy. Will not return. read more

Wendy's - Drive thru line is out of the parking lot but at least I know my fries will be fresh! - Fast Food Near Me - Cleveland, Ohio

I always heard that this Wendy's is a popular destination in Ohio City. I stopped in for evening night eats while in the area (around 9 PM). Most non-sit down places are closed in the area on Saturdays, so this was one of the few choices. I didn't enjoy my experience. Drive-thru experience: I went through the drive thru. My order was confirmed several times, the employees could not understand me. The wait wasn't long, only few customers were ahead of me. Not a bad experience. Food: I ordered two single Baconators. They were $7.39 each. The burgers weren't good. They were cold. The cheese wasn't melted. In other words, a warm patty was added onto cold ingredients. There was almost no ketchup in them. Simply not enjoyable. Based on the quality and appearance of the burgers, I won't visit again. The meal wasn't worth the price and wasn't up to par with Wendy's usual presentation. read more

Wendy's - Baconator - Fast Food Near Me - Cleveland, Ohio

Pulled up and they say they are only taking mobile orders or DoorDash!!! Say what? There's two employees sitting outside and two inside the dining area. Doing nothing. Wendy's is going to go out of business soon. This is unsustainable. read more

The service and atmosphere at this Wendy's are both very bad. The lady, Sonnyie-Roze, who was taking my order, was very rude and disrespectful. She called our order very quietly so we did not hear her. What she did was yell "EXCUSE ME" when we finally heard her. This lady also screamed the F word. The bathrooms are filthy according to my friend. They smelled of weed. Food is like any other fast food restaurant. read more

Ordered online. Sat at the drive thru for 25 minutes. Finally went to the pick up window and they said they didn't have the ingredients to make my order. I request they cancel the order and two workers, and I use that term loosely, sort of nodded and said okay. I have absolutely no confidence they will cancel/refund the order. read more

Awful service disrespectful after I asked them to fix my order , one girl was walking around the food with hair down to her but not tied up

Insanely slow and there was only one customer other than me. We got 2 biggie bags and the fries and nuggets were cold and the frostys had a weird texture. Burger was good though. read more

So disappointed. Went for a late night snack and mobile ordered. Didn't come to the window. After I mobile ordered and they accepted. Waited for 10 minutes. Apparently they closed early and I won't get my money back. I would give no stars if I could read more

Just got off work around 11:30pm and wanted to stop for something quick to eat before I got home. I waited there for 20 minutes and nobody ever took my order and I was the only car there. The lights are on and the workers are hanging out on the patio not taking anyone's order. I just left. It says it is open till 1am and I was there long before that. Terrible. read more

I was standing there for 10 minutes waiting for them to take my order but they completely ignored me. I asked politely to place an order but they told me if I don't like their speed I can go to another restaurant. read more

The service there is horrible, the window worker is disrespectful as well as the manger food is always forgot or not given out and or it's always cold... you are very rushed when trying to order through the drive through and they tell you they have a line to hurry up... read more

Service was terrible the workers where not working but talking in groups and playing on the phone. The ownership definitely needs to change something in the way the management let's the workers work. I probably could keep taking photos but this should be enough said read more

Wendy's - a dirty sink in a public restroom - Fast Food Near Me - Cleveland, Ohio

Still the same problems...is there a way I can call Wendy's and file a complaint at this location? I waited up to five minutes for someone to take my order...but no one was even at the register! And these are the people who ask for $15 an hour? If this was a real restaurant...I wouldn't even give these people a tip! read more

I went to this Wendy's on 12/23/22 during an absolute blizzard. The staff was so kind and got our order correct even with all the modifications. It was -5 out they still had great customer service. The woman working the drive through deserves a raise, it seemed like she was a one woman show! I would absolutely recommend! read more

This particular Wendy's on Lorain Ave needs to have better customer service and place needs to be cleaner. Went there recently and the fries were greasy and when told can they give me another fries. The cashier and cook gave alot if attitude and put the fries in a bag they pulled sauce from. That was unsanitary and unprofessional. That needs to be addressed. Smh read more

Waited 30 minutes at this Wendy's the person in front of me had a huge order they shut down after that person because they didn't want to take any more orders. 45min before closing time... won't touch a Wendy's again until someone cares enough to make it up to me. read more

Disgusting place. Fries tasted like they were refried. Burger was extremely greasy and sloppy. Stay away

Tonight will be my last night going to this location. If I could give zero stars I would. Food is either old or not correct.

Good gracious. Did they have to go out and catch the chicken in the yard or what. I have been in a line for 25 minutes with 2 cars in front of me. One car has been sitting by the window for 15 minutes. The line is back to the street and cars are honking their horns. read more

I would give .25 of a star if I could. Always 20 plus minutes in the drive though when there is barely anyone there. Who Owns this joint? Wendy's HQ should reprimand them for making a bad name for their brand m. read more

This place sucks. My aunt stopped here on the way home from work ordered a small 10 piece meal with bbq sauce with a dr Pepper and a small cheeseburger meal and a bacon cheeseburger by itself, and we only got 1 out of 2 fries, no sauce, no straws, no napkins. I tried calling THREE times and no one answered the phone. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. read more

This is the worst Wendy's on the planet. Half hour drive though wait times, and they hardly ever get the order correct. Needs new management! read more

This place has gone so downhill I will drive out of my way to the one near Clifton bc this one is sooo bad. They just can't get an order right. It's next to impossible. And just so you can tell I'm not some jerk that's mean to FF workers I kept my previous review below. Also when you get your receipt you can do a survey and the manager will email you. He promised to give me coupons bc of the three times in a row I had wrong items, items paid for but missing and the rudest service, and guess what. HE NEVER SENT THEM. Not to me or my neighbor that has experienced the same service. Now when I go I DONT EVEN GET A RECEIPT. Guess he doesn't want to hear about what a bad manager he is. This is really the only fast food I eat. The location is great and 9/10 times service is accurate and fast. Being so close to the school there are peak times when this place is crazy ridiculously busy. The food never seems old like it has been sitting, that is really why I don't like fast food. Also there's options besides burgers and fries. Sometimes I just need freshness like a salad or something. Great for a long work day when you don't want to cook read more

This particular Wendy's is just not to my taste. I did not like this Wendy's because it did not have any of the toppings I selected on my burger is also did not have my drink and the people working there were very mean the fries fries had human saliva and that my burger had a hair. this Wendy's should be avoided at all costs. This place needs to shut down forever. read more

Service is terrible. The wait takes forever if you order around 9-10pm. This has happen multiple occasion where I would have to sit and wait for someone to respond to me to get my order at the drive-thru. In addition, it takes them forever to make the food. Expect a 15-20 minute wait if you do go here. read more

Worst Wendy's ever. Stayed in line for 39 minutes for them to tell me they are closed. 20 before the actual closing time.

This is the slowest drive-thru I've ever gone through. It takes 40 minutes to reach the drive-thru if you're 5th in line. And the workers don't give a damn and have no concept of customer service. They ought to all be fired, and Wendy's needs to find a more competent franchisee for this location as well. read more

Again, I don't eat fast food often--but when your job is to get a simple order right through a drive-thru, I expect you to do that. Until you're administering brain surgery through a drive thru, it's unacceptable that you cannot listen to what someone tells you, get those things into a bag and hand them to another person. Simple human skills. This location has repeatedly failed. Hire people who know how to listen to orders. The end. read more

I forgot to mention that they had run out of bacon, had not informed the cashier so they were backed up making other sandwiches without the bacon. It was a horror show. read more

Tried it again. Not good. I ask for a chicken sandwich with everything plus cheese. The lettuce was wilted and no tomatoes. When I ask for tomatoes she tried to tell me tomatoes was on the sandwich. After looking at the sandwich twice. She gave me two tomatoes wrap in paper. The tomatoes look really bad. My friend order a junior cheese burger deluxe cooked. It was not done... I remember when Wendy's was the best!! The food was fresh. Now it's just like Burger King nasty... read more

This location has the BEST fries out of all locations, just waited in line for 20 min but worth it they make the best food. And the staff is funny and very welcoming and sweet. Highly recommend! read more

We just sat in line at the drive-thru for 40 minutes. When we finally got up to the ordering screen we were never greeted or acknowledged in any way. After sitting for 15 minutes, with people in the cars behind us screaming, one of the people in the car in front of us got out and told us that we probably weren't going to get anything because the employee didn't want to take their order and she was up at the window flirting with a couple of guys in a convertible, "passing blunts back and forth". Nice way to run a business read more

Hands down worst Wendy's I have ever been too. Was there at 9pm and waited over 20 mins in the drive thru solely because no one was answering to order and I was blocked in. After waiting another 15 I finally got to the window wasn't greeted. The woman then took my money where I continued to wait for my food. After another 5 minutes it was shoved to me out the window without my drink. I went inside to retrieve my drink and then was forced to wait another 5 mins while the two woman bickered back and forth about who was going to pour my medium soda. When arriving at home all of the food was ice cold and I only live 4 mins away. The fries were not even halfway filled and I was missing chicken nuggets. Will never be going to this location again. You should avoid unless dying. read more

Wendy's - french fries in a red box - Fast Food Near Me - Cleveland, Ohio

This is the worst Wendy's I have ever been to. 2 people walked out the service was so poor. After one person walked out they proceeded to make his food. Everyone in line watched them make this food that no one ordered. The staff had no urgency. One customer was frustrated they didn't have a specific salad. One customer exclaimed an expletive when leaving. There was no ketchup. The employees were yelling at each other. Laughable. My order was correct but was put in a to go bag. This place place is losing money as I write this. Someone needs to intervene on this situation. read more

disgusting. tjere was a fly in my burger and the staff treated me terribly. terrible location, would not reccomend

The last two times I've gone roughly 60-45 min until close and the drive thru worker goes "sorry but our systems are down and can't take any orders." The first time I was skeptical but said okay and left. On the drive over the second time I was even telling my friend about my last experience and how it'll probably happen again considering I'd only been to this Wendy's 4 times and had some sort of issue every time I've visited. Sure enough the "systems were down" and when I replied with "you guys said that last time when it was late, can't you manually take the order at least?" I was met with a rude response. Never going again read more

Usually I prefer Wendy's to other fast food places. This Wendy's is one of the mismanaged ones- it is worth avoiding. The last two times I was here, there was no soap in the dispenser of the men's bathroom. That's not a coincidence. At decent food places you don't see that once, let alone two times In a row. It's a tough neighborhood context given the number of homeless and mentally ill, but if you're going to have open bathrooms you need to manage them to maintain basic standards. The staff here lacks proper training in working the register and speaking with customers also. Disappointing that after a completely new building they are skimping on food safety and cleanliness and training and customer service and management. read more

2nd time this Wendy's has charged me twice on my debit card for one order. This time I caught it right away so they had to refund it in cash, but they made me go through the drive thru line again, and didn't think to apologize. Real bad place if you want fast food. Just drive 10 minutes to go somewhere better. read more
