Great experience from start to finish. Stayed here during a winter road trip and couldn't have picked a better stop. The location is very convenient, the price was affordable, and the entrance felt genuinely welcoming, especially with a fireplace going while a bitter cold storm raged outside. I arrived early and was offered early check-in, which was hugely appreciated after a long drive. The room itself was spacious, warm, and extremely comfortable, perfect for actually resting and recharging. Amenities were IMPRESSIVE. You heard me. heated pool, spa, fitness center, and a business center, all well maintained. Everything felt thoughtfully set up for travelers who actually need comfort, not just a place to crash. The only minor complaint (and it's a fair one) is the $75 pet fee. That said, it didn't take away from an otherwise excellent stay, thats just me being cheap and honest. Will absolutely be staying here again and would recommend it without hesitation! *Special Edit* I wrote the review while in my room so I had to come back and make an edit just to highlight the Breakfast Buffet! Wow! I was so impressed. The area was immaculate and the lady servicing the area was keeping everything FRESH. The bed and linens were good. The kitchen was good. Everything was clean We stayed in 314 and every so often there was a very loud rumbling noise lasting about 10-15 minutes. Like a train going by outside. Very bad The hallways need new carpets read more

I am a traveling nurse and have stayed in a variety of hotels this year. This is my favorite stay. The property is so well kept, room are spacious and clean and the bed is so comfortable. Everything you need for a long- term stay is provided. I was there for 13 weeks, and I have no complaints. The staff is the best and the amenities are hard to beat. I stayed here a couple of nights and had a good experience. The room was spacious and clean. It's always a bonus when there are some breakfast options which they had. The front desk people were friendly and helpful and didn't have any hesitation holding a package for me that someone else was going to pick up. The one thing that I did not like was the rolling bathroom door that would not stay shut. We would close it and it would roll back open. Not good when you get up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom. With that being said the bed was located next to the toilet. That would be ok if the door stayed closed but as it did not, it was awkward. Nice lobby and nice breakfast. Staff friendly. Good location! read more

Great place with many fern decor, friendly staff and helpful services such as free laundry, 24 hour gym and free breakfast. The only downside is the use of styrofoam plates. These are for guests eating on the patio. Please switch to paper plates! read more

I am ecstatic about this hotel! Our family of 4 and our aunt were looking for a room that would accommodate all of us comfortably without having to get 2 hotel rooms. Many hotels didn't have a vacancy or didn't offer 2 queens and a pullout sofa. Luckily we stumbled upon availability at Staybridge! To our surprise they offered 2 queens and a king! Perfect! When we checked in the front desk attendant was very friendly. We learned they had a happy hour with food and spirits! Go Staybridge! We got to our room and my jaw dropped! It is a 2 bedroom apartment! There is a kitchen and living room with a Queen room on one side and a king size bed on the other. Each room has a bathroom! We didn't know they had a burger and hot dog bar until 7:30. We got pizza and brought it back to the hotel. We ate pizza, burgers, salad and drank wine and beer. I was happy as a clam! read more

Stayed here on a business trip for one night. I entered the back I think and the location seemed a little odd but then noticed there was another road in the opposite direction. The main entrance doesn't face the road so I thought I was in the back of the hotel, in a back parking lot it was the main entrance. There is a bar area and a small food area. There's a fireplace. Those are all located as soon as you enter and pass the front desk. They serve complimentary evening snack such as soups and things like that along with breakfast in the am. The breakfast was weak. There was premade egg omelette but there wasn't really anything to put on them except microwave bacon. They also had a waffle maker. I felt that there was so much more they could do with this as there is a great layout for it. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was well maintained and the bed was very comfortable. There is a small kitchen that comes fully stocked with pots, pans and dishes should you want to make your own dinner. My only complaint was there was no hot water in the morning when I woke up. This was a surprise and I haven't ever experienced this at a hotel before. I explained the issue to the front desk and the host seemed concerned but I'm not sure if they looked into the issue. read more

Stayed here for a business trip and I really enjoyed my stay here. Service from the staff was great, the rooms were very clean and modern. I had a 2 bedroom suite- one room with a King bed and the other room had 2 full/queen beds. The living room area and kitchenette were also modern and very nice. The King room included a desk in addition to the full bathroom, flat screen tv and closet. The double bedroom included a flat screen, full bath, and closet space as well. The lobby area is spacious and also modernized, with plenty of room for dining, working, or chatting with friends. I also enjoyed the pool and hot tub as well as the fitness room, which was well equipped with two treadmills, an elliptical, an exercise bike, weight bench, multi-conditioning station, exercise balls, free weights, and stretching mats. I must say my stay overall was great and would stay here again. read more

We really enjoyed our stay here. Rooms were clean, updated and had everything we needed. Pool and hot tub were nice and they maintained the grounds. Everything was provided, microwave, fridge, dishes, etc. Perfect apartment like amenities. Paid $250 for the night, which included the non refundable $75 pet deposit. Stay here every time I have to come to bismarck for work. The rooms are fantastic and include apartment-like amenities (fridge, stovetop, glass wear, microwave, etc.) The breakfast is your average hotel breakfast but gives you fuel you need for the day. They also provide complimentary happy hour Tuesday through Thursday with beer/wine and snack food such as salads, chips, meat, cookies. The staff is always great to deal with as well. Rooms were very new, clean and modern. Kitchenette, separate room for the parents, a nice courtyard and a really nice pool room. While the pool didn't have a slide like some hotels, the actual room where the pool and the hot tub were felt air conditioned. It was within 5* of the hallway. That seems to be pretty uncommon with a lot of pool areas. We didn't eat at the nightly reception, but did have a few free drinks. Breakfast in the morning wasn't out of this world, but fit the bill before we got on the road. I'll be looking for more Staybridge properties in the future. It's worth mentioning that the WI-FI was really fast. It was a Tuesday night, so maybe not too many families streaming Netflix :) read more

The rooms and overall fundaments of being a hotel were wonderful. The pool was warm, clean, not to much chlorine as was the hot tub. The breakfast was great. But the staff were beyond rude. After checking in and walking to my room I discovered they had not returned my license to me. When I went down to ask for it back the lady became so defensive and rude. I also had requested a crib online for my baby and upon arrival I was told they had given all the cribs to a different family as well as the rolling cots and I had to figure it out on my own. The next morning I called the desk and asked if my ID had shown up and I was once again met with hostility and rudeness by a different worker. I do not understand why they could not simply check cameras as I had asked and seen if they had indeed handed it back to me or not. I even said I apologize ahead of time if that were the case. I now have to go figure out how to get a new ID and will not be staying here again. I would rather go somewhere where staff are actually nice. read more

We stayed a night here passing through on our way to Washington and it was heaven compared to the dump we stayed at in Fargo! Very clean and cute! I loved the kitchenette and how it had everything you need to cook and eat! I was sad to leave and will definitely stay here again if I ever have the chance! read more

The room was perfect. Staff had a burnt out light bulb changed within a few minutes. The "Deluxe" Breakfast bar was a disappointment. We received a better selection at a 2 star inn earlier that week. Great place to stay for weekend or for the week! comfortable clean and with a one time payment of 75.00 your pets are welcome. Tuesday through Thursday they prepare meals and one night it was Ruby Tuesday Night with wine. Provide free washers and dryers very spacious laundry room with long granite counter top to fold clothes and iron with ironing board. There is always fresh water with lemons or oranges at the entrance. Beautiful court yard with grill. Enclosed pool with sauna. Nice workout room as well! Enjoyed staying here for a week! They have excellent hot breakfast and have a full supper with cocktails some of the nights. Their laundry is free, the pool/hot tub is nice and their work out room is very clean and organized. Loved having the full kitchenette in our room, they could have a few less pieces of furniture in the rooms but as far as having everything you need it's perfect. The staff was nice and the coffee was good with flavored creamers. I will be staying here again!!! Great job to everyone, thanks for making our stay awesome! read more
