Apparently you have to give at least 1 stupid star. They don't deserve any. I don't know if the driver was all there or not but he doesn't know how to take directions. It was only 2.1 miles from my location. I asked to turn on my street and he decided to go straight because that's what the map said. He also said another numbered street and I had previously told him to turn on a specific street, He tells me another one with a stern voice that " no that is not the street. He doesn't even have a GPS. He'd using a paper map. Like I didn't know where I live. He let the meter run for about 3/4 of a mile. Then turned it off and told me that I will take a couple of dollars off. It came out to be the same charge if the idiot didn't get lost. So what discount did I really get? If I find out that he was trying to get more money out of customers I will make sure he is reported to the DOT. I am the wrong person to try to scam money from. I will make sure you loose your LICENSE. If it continues to happen. I will certainly rectify the problem myself. This place is great and functional. There is no reason to complain about a thing here. These people are always so friendly when I call to be picked up from somewhere, and I am smart enough to know that I'm not the only one who needs picking up. If they come late, I'm not upset, because obviously there are plenty of others who need to be driven around, especially as the community continues to grow. I understand that. From what I gather, it's a relatively small fleet, perhaps six or so cars, so on a weekend, I can see where that would be demanding. From their location on the Strip, it is not a quick ride out to the airport or all around Bismarck-Mandan to various bars and restaurants and homes. I would rather that they arrive a little bit late than speed to me, anyway, since that indicates they aren't reckless drivers. Just as a reminder to any interested parties, human lives are more important than speedy pickups or extra tips. As far as that small fleet goes, I imagine that it will keep growing as long as they continue to provide their valuable service around the area. They do a much-needed service in the community that is overlooked frequently by people who take it for granted, which is fine, but we need to remember to be thankful. I prefer them to the other company in town simply because I am treated so well when I call and am picked up, even if it takes a little extra time. :) read more
