This is the absolute worst transportation company that I have ever had the misfortune of encountering. My son and I were given transportation to a medical appointment that was covered by my Medicaid, so normally I would not complain. However! This is a very serious matter. We were driven by one of their drivers from Minot to Bismarck, which is just short of 2 HOURS AWAY. When my appointment was over, I called the driver multiple times and got voicemail. So I tried the main contact number, same thing! I was literally abandoned with my son in Bismarck, 2 hours from home! It took 4 hours for DHS to find us transportation to get home. Absolutely dangerous and disgusting behavior from this company! My son and I could have been put in a very dangerous situation. read more

Had a ride prescheduled for a week for 7am today. Called them 630 no answer. Called back several times and finally get someone on phone @745. Says he would call me back in a few minutes and it took 20 minutes so clearly they not coming at this point. They were aware but forgot to put me on schedule. Ride scheduled for 7:30 am every morning. the first 3 days were great, no complaints. On the 4th day i was treated with their new driver. Made me wait over 45 minutes to be picked up. Was late the following morning and was told I should call uber or lyft when I reached out. was also told "I should't complain" because my insurance is satisfying their invoices. contacted who I presume to be the owner on their main line about the issue with their driver and have not received a call back as of this message. have the screenshot receipts read more
