It's too expensive already and if you don't have good dental insurance or any at all. They require $200 down payment for each tooth you have a problem and it will be deducted from your total ... I'm in pain and I don't mind paying extra if at least they will see me right away.... but $200 to hold my app and then wait for a month in pain and agony? Thanks but no thanks. Also they didn't care when I told them I had a referral ... they still needed to examine and me paying the first visit! This place is a NO

Walk in and I'm informed all appointments had been canceled, I get a call back from the General manager a day later and this person has excuses for absolutely everything, as I stated how unsatisfactory this lack of communication was, and not even offering me an alternate appointment, just saying I can go elsewhere, and they would send my X-rays complimentary, as if I never had paid for them in the first place by law they have to send them to any DDS you like. So I let them know I will be leaving reviews anyplace I know I can, the phone conversation ends with me getting threatened that if I use names I will be sued for slander. What a business. If your looking for a dental clinic that doesn't give a crap about it's patients, here you go!

I've been going to InReach Physical Therapy since at least 2018 (when it was RehabAuthority). This…read moreused to be a top-notch outfit, and being so close to where I live, was even convenient to boot. The practitioners are very good at what they do, friendly, and good to work with. They also worked with ND Crime Victims Compensation for payments post-insurance filing, making my therapy smooth and hassle-free. However, they recently outsourced all their billing to a company in Pasadena, CA, and all that changed instantly. On top of this company being unreachable at any time at the number on the statement, the local office of InReach flatly states "we don't accept third party payers" (which is shocking, considering that's what insurance is), and refused to work with ND Crime Victims Compensation at all. Even after being the go-between to relay the invoices to ND CVC, the payments would get lost in the mail, and I ended up having to ask ND CVC to call the local office to have a card payment made. The cherry on top of all this is that ND CVC pays 80% and requests the provider write off the remainder (which every single provider I've ever been to, including this one in the past, has done without issue). But not anymore. Instead of writing it off, they proceeded to collect, stating "We have applied those payments to your account but you would still be responsible to cover the difference. They paid 80% which will leave you 20% of the balance to pay. This is also how we would handle an insurance that pays 80% and the patient pays 20% coinsurance. If you have any further questions, please let me know!" I actually stopped going to PT because of this. If you are a victim of violent crime in North Dakota and receive compensation for medical bills related to the injuries through ND CVC, I highly recommend you go elsewhere for physical therapy.
