It was very convenient…read more I drove a little bit further for this location just because it felt safer to me as a woman traveling alone. This location was pretty safe and I like how the hotel is all inside the lobby if you know what I mean. Versus other hotels that have outside individual entrances to each room, I don't like that. I had already registered online so the lady in the front was just waiting to give me my key. It was pretty quick and easy. The price was very reasonable compared to others around the area. It's definitely worth the money for the safety and peace. The room was very clean and nice. I got my complementary breakfast in the morning. It was a pretty good spread. I got some fresh coffee as well when I woke up and on my way out. I will definitely be staying in this hotel when I'm around the area.

Let me start off by a warning. It's the practice of this location to announce your room number out…read moreloud. I asked two different front desk clerks on different days. It's not like other locations that they only circle your room number on the paper or tell you it's on the card. This threw me off when I checked in. I've been to other locations, but this is the only location that does this. Other than that, my stay was good. Parking is free, and there are spaces around the hotel. As long as you have your room ley, you can enter any door to access the hotel, especially after curfew hours (9pm). Breakfast is included, and they keep it pretty clean. The only complaint I have about this is the juice machine for the apple and orange juice. It wasn't cold and tasted like it's been sitting in warm temp, so it tasted like it was starting to ferment. By the elevator, before you turn to it, the fitness center is there. Multiple guests used it, but space is limited, so I didn't use it. They have a water refill station and guest laundry (self-service), just almost adjacent to the elevator. They have a mini business center just by the front desk when you enter the lobby. You need to ask for housekeeping if you need one. My room was clean, so I only needed to ask for refresh once during my stay. There a mini fridge and microwave in the room. Also coffee maker. This location is convenient, it's in the middle of 2 fwy going north and south. There's a gas station literally outside the hotel and food establishments. Location was really a plus.

I…read morealways said I'd never take them to Great Wolf Lodge, but my April baby always wants a "pool" party--and it's usually cold or rainy--so I gave in. Prices were actually reasonable, so we booked Sunday-Tuesday. Check-in lines were long, but the self-serve kiosk was quick and easy. We got wristbands for the room and water park and headed straight to the pool. It was packed Sunday around 5 p.m., which was expected, so we stayed a couple hours and went back to the room. Food inside the hotel was either closed or overpriced, but the location is great--about 0.5 miles from Panda Express, Chili's, Costco, La Estrella (amazing Mexican food), and more. We ate at Chili's. Parking is $20/day. You can use the water park from check-in day through checkout, which is awesome. My 11-year-old loved the Howlers Peak Ropes Course. My 7-year-old and I tried it, but he got scared at the top--staff helped him down right away. I don't blame him, it's high! I only did the first level, but my 11-year-old did the second level three times. My 7-year-old also loved the arcade. Most attractions cost extra, but there are decent deals. The only ones I wouldn't do again are mini golf and bowling--they're very small and just okay. We had the unlimited family pass, so we used them anyway. Best part: the slides! I'm 32 and my husband is 34, and we had just as much fun as the kids. Big or small, all the slides were a blast. Honestly, one of our favorite family vacations. The room (Grizzly Suite) was clean and spacious for 3 adults and 2 kids. Beds weren't super comfortable, but that's typical. Cleanliness mattered most. Checkout was easy via text, but double-check your bill--they tried to charge us $60 for "missing" towels we returned. A quick call got it refunded, but I can see how others might miss that. Overall, we'll likely be back within the next year.

We planned this…read moretrip on our kid's second week of Spring break and was hoping it would be quieter since we planned on going during the week. Easter weekend coming earlier this year I'm sure didn't help. We made the most of it. We booked a standard family suite for 3 nights. We added their breakfast club buffet for our time here and an unlimited eat and play package. The indoor Waterpark is included with your stay here. Our beds were comfortable, but the restrooms could use a vent and a deep clean about the shower itself. (See picture). I was emailed an offer to extend, bummed that when we tried calling the front desk. No one picked up and then we waited over 20 minutes to have an older lady working front desk that there was nothing left, so she's not sure why I got an email to extend. Room rates are cheaper when you book in advance or plan for longer stays, but overall we still spent a lot here. We should have just gone to Disneyland this time around. I like that it's convenient and they offer dining and booze on property, but like anywhere there's convenience; you pay the cost for that. We did everything we could possibly do with our kids here and they still spent most of their time at the arcade. The prizes and the ability to win more tickets were amazing. We were bummed our son wasn't more excited for the MagiQuest and the other activities offered on property. It was crowded everywhere we went here no matter what time of day it was. I recommend downloading their app to reserve tables, preorder food and drinks. We dined at their buffet for our breakfast club deal and they offered a little more than a continental breakfast with their omlet station. I made it a point to load up on protein and fiber. There weren't any employees that stuck out to me besides the gift shop ladies. They were actually friendly besides the guy that ran the buffet in the morning. Thank you. We enjoyed our trip here besides the crazy crowds. Our next trip we'll plan for an off season.

When we walked in, the front desk representative, Rosa didn't greet us at all she just stared at us. I approached the desk expecting at least a simple hello or welcome but instead I had to initiate everything myself by saying I was checking in. Her only response was "ID?" with no basic courtesy. When my mom kindly asked her how her day was, Rosa just stared at her silently for about 30 seconds without responding. It was uncomfortable and honestly shocking. When I pointed out that the welcome felt cold, her response was "why, because I'm doing my job?"which came off as dismissive and rude. We asked to speak with a manager, Melissa, to address the situation. Unfortunately, that interaction wasn't much better. When I explained what had just happened, she responded with "well she was in a good mood earlier today so I don't know," which completely dismissed our experience. I clarified that I was speaking about how we were treated in that moment, not earlier in the day, and she simply said she'd talk to her, but didn't seem concerned. As for the room, while it initially smelled clean, the scent was overpowering almost like it was covering something up. Once we entered the bathroom, there was a strong mold smell, which was very off-putting. To make matters worse, despite the hotel appearing mostly empty (the parking lot was nearly vacant), we were placed in a room right next to a newborn baby that cried throughout the entire night. Given our earlier interaction, it honestly felt intentional, though I hope that wasn't the case. Overall, the lack of basic customer service, dismissive management response, and room condition made this a very unpleasant stay.

Drove down from Washington State to visit family and found this hotel at a great rate for a 2 Night/3 Day booking. Seemed like a newly built hotel with a modern feel and look. Amenities included were a complimentary Breakfast, a Fitness center and an outdoor Pool. We didn't get a chance to partake in any of those, so cannot leave any feedback for those. Decent service from the front desk staff, and workers from the housekeeping area. Parking is good, there are ample amount of spaces around the hotel building and close to I-5. Bad thing is, the water pressure in the shower is so frickin' low! Takes at least 20 minutes to fully feel like you've had a clean wash since you gotta wait a while to get all the soap off...
