Both times I have been there, I was greeted promptly by the owner. He was very friendly and upbeat. While I was starting to get my tips removed, the owner suggested that I take advantage of a pedicure, as I was going to have to soak my nails for a while. I hadn't planned it but it was $54 total for a gel mani and pedi, with the removal of my tips. On both occasions I have had technicians that do not talk much, but they are friendly enough. Kevin, the owner, makes up for that. He tries to talk to people. They do have a small, sweet little dog that has free run of the shop, so if you are afraid of dogs you might not want to go there, but I am totally a dog person so it is fine with me.

You'll often see their mom and husbands helping out, especially with pedicures. Their nail work is consistently wonderful -- they've recreated many designs I've shown them from online photos, and when I can't decide, I let Emma take the lead and the results are always beautiful. They take their time (usually over an hour), and the prices are very reasonable for the quality and care you receive. I so badly wanted my nails done for our non-traditional wedding on a Tuesday, on our 21st dating anniversary. I was grateful to snag an appointment Tionna for the big day! When she found out it was my wedding day when I arrived, she was totally cool vibes and had such focus on perfection. She took such special care and supported my taking calls and texting for some last minute curve balls we received about the day. It really felt like I was getting my nails done by one of my good friends. I would absolutely return but I cannot seem to find a time outside of my working hours. It was over priced the nail tech was rude walked out in the middle of doing my nails and then came back, she also didn't do the French designed how I asked she said that what I wanted was a airbrush and no it wasn't. My nails are not coffin shape they look more square than anything. Very disappointed and how can you be a business owner and never answer your phone and then have a automated system that says there's no voicemail set up this is unprofessional, especially when you don't take walk ins and if you work. I have to make a trip all the way to the salon only to schedule a appointment which is a 25 to 30 minute drive and with the the cost of gas it's ridiculous. Plus I provided a $10 tip for nails that lifted in 4 days.
