I am not one to write reviews, but I just have to acknowledge Dr. Statler and her entire staff. Both my daughter and I are extremely satisfied with our new smiles. As an adult with a complicated case, I am not only pleased with my final results, but also have thoroughly enjoyed my time with Statler Orthodontics. They staff is so friendly and attentive and they are fun to be with. They work together so effectively and always made me feel special. But the reason I am writing, beyond the fabulous results, friendly and knowledgeable staff, organized and clean office, great availability of appointments and fabulous results is the fact that my dental hygienist was extremely impressed. Of course she acknowledged how great my teeth looked, but she continued to rave about what an amazing and through job they did cleaning the glue off my teeth - something I took for granted. She said they don't all do such a thorough job. Then she couldn't get over how they applied my permanent retainer on my bottom teeth. She was so happy they left space at my gum line for cleaning and was impressed by how thin and succinct the wire was applied. I mean she went on and on about it. It was the perfect ending to an excellent experience. I have recommended them to several friends and they too have been very happy. So thank you to every one at Statler Orthodontics. I originally started my treatment at another office, however after two and a half years I was not fully satisfied. I started to look for another doctor and that's when I found Dr. Statler. I quickly felt welcomed upon meeting Dr. Statler and her staff. The office is very welcoming for all ages. It's nautical theme brings kid out of everyone. Her staff is very thoughtful of every patient and seek to build a genuine relationship, rather than viewing you as just another patient. Along with that Dr. Statler also expects great professionalism from all of her staff and keeps them well educated. She works with the finest equipment in order to get your teeth perfect, and they will be. All visits are thorough and Dr. Statler devotes her time into making sure that every visit is to get you to your perfect smile. She is great at letting you know what she is doing and what changes you should expect between visits. She a kind person and takes every treatment serious and approaches it with great professionalism. Dr. Statler and her staff are amazing!!! I primarily reside in California, but travel frequently to Florida. When I inquired about an orthodontist recommendation, the Statler-Krumholtz practice came very highly recommended and referred to as the "cream of the crop" in the Boca area for orthodontic care. My treatment plan has just ended and by far I am more than satisfied with the final results! They worked wonders on straightening my pearly white teeth and I love the results!!! I was able to meet Dr. K a few weeks before he passed away-very kind and gentle man with a stellar reputation in the community. However, Dr. Statler managed my treatment plan and did an incredible job. I can not say enough great things about this Doctor and her entire staff!!! From the moment I met Dr. Statler, I knew how caring and wonderful she was. She came up with a plan for my son that made me feel comfortable and reassuring. Every visit she is personally there to explain and answer all of my many questions. Dr K treated both my son and myself. I have to say that there was no other orthodontist I would have rather had in the profession, and I AM in the dental profession. I would like to comment on Boca B's comment, I NEVER had ANY overbearing staff member give me "the stink eye" or whisper to their BFF while working on us. They were extremely professional, every time we went there!! And as for the white marks on her childs teeth, it's not the offices' fault, it's because of poor dental habits, sorry, take some responsibility. Dr. Jen Statler and her staff are such a pleasure working with! They have done a great job with my daughter's braces and I couldn't be happoer that I chose this office when looking for the best orthodontist in Boca Raton. I love how their office is so colorfully and creatively decorated which makes my daughter love it even more. Dr. Statler has been observing my child over a year. She put turbos on him and did not even charge. She is not money hungry and will not put on braces until he is ready. Other orthodontist wanted to put them on already just to lock us up into stage two treatment. My husband's wire broke twice and she has fixed it for free. My son will be ready for braces soon and we will be using her as her orthodontist. We have Never had a wait time in the office and the staff have always been very professional and kind. I waited a long time to get the smile of my dreams. As an adult, I did my research, got several opinions and at the end decided for Dr Statler. She was highly recommended, she listened to my concerns, she gave me options and she was very knowledgeable of the needs of adult patients. Her practice serves both young and adults.
