This place takes such good care of them and they're patient with them. Me? It took 4 years to get back in the chair! All the dental hygienist that my kids have had have all been wonderful but the one who took care of me was aggressive and rough and hurt. Also she came off as uncaring and rude. I'm a big baby so in no way did she try to comfort me until they were tears coming out of my eyes that I had to ask for numbing for the deep cleaning she was rushing through. I had a filling that popped out and the Dr did it perfectly! Didn't hurt and I felt safe. No crying that time! Just maybe some happy tears because now I can get braces!

My father is a dentist and looked at the X-rays and explained that I needed one for buildup under the gum lines and this was several years ago, he also explained they are only necessary under certain circumstances and originally I fit that, again 2-3 years ago. I was 52 at the time and never needed one while my dad practicing until I was 45, this is NOT normally needed at all. Anyways I explained to them I'd do a regular cleaning and had to argue with them to get that. I go in and the hygienist says I was scheduled for a deep cleaning. I tried to talk to the doctor but he couldn't care less. He glanced at my cell phone and began ranting on, ARE YOU RECORDING ME, ARE YOU RECORDING ME, ARE YOU RECORDING ME. Brad Santelli was the orthodontist who oversaw my Invisalign treatment. His dental training was at NYU School Of Dentistry, where he stood out in his class. When I started my treatment he was affiliated with another orthodontist. When he left that practice and I experienced other orthodontists, I knew I had to track down Santelli. And when I did, I transferred my records and care to his practice. After 2 years of treatment and several refinements, I have beautifully aligned teeth and a great bite. Now, I can smile more! Brad Santelli is a perfectionist, exactly what you want in an orthodontist. I've referred 5 other adults to his practice, all of whom were highly satisfied with the care they received. Santelli's initial consult included a no charge panorex x-ray and an explanation of various treatment options (traditional braces vs Invisalign) and their costs. A no interest payment plan can be arranged and he accepts dental insurance, if you're fortunate enough to have any. His office is immaculate, his staff well trained and responsive to your needs. I went for a checkup on 2 molars I am thinking of extracting since no molars to meet on the bottom…read more Last year Dr. Digney extracted a molar and it went pretty well. I paid extra to be put out in twilight . Someone prior to him apparently missed that I had a cavity and the tooth could not be saved . This was the 1st time ever I had to have a tooth extracted other than the wisdom teeth and was more than happy with the results . I did not want any issues later in life but he said it barely moves and could possibly take many years 10 or more even that to have an issue . He did not recommend extraction unless I am feeling uncomfortable. I guess I'll check back next year but I do have insurance now and wanted to take a precaution . He is wonderful and said he would do it if that's what I wanted but would wait He works out of Kawa Orthodontics office which has a welcoming and soothing waiting area of the ocean and sea throughout the whole place. I believe this relaxes the patients especially kids who need to have braces etc. I would not go to any other oral surgeon . The only other great one was Dr Russo who did my wisdom but believe he is retired .

Considering that he has practiced dentistry in South Florida for 25 + years makes this even more appalling and egregious. I immediately reached out to one of his medical directors and to my own mother -after the appointment - and shared all of the details on what occurred as I was completely traumatized ! b) Prior to meeting with Dr. Digney that afternoon , his assistant informed me ( a lifelong NON SMOKER ) that I had "emphysema " and she loudly insisted on wearing a mask while speaking to me or interacting with me further. I also overheard her telling a staff member " the doctor is not going to touch her" while pointing at the room that I was previously seated in ( she didn't realize that I had walked to the lobby to get my water bottle and I was walking back towards the room while she was speaking ill about me , so I both heard her and saw her pointing ).

When I broke my crown, even though I had no pain, Carrie was able to schedule me the next morning. Dr Winderbaum was very conscientious as well as gentle. He had a very light touch. He removed my broken crown and prepared the tooth for a new crown. Rather than taking a goopy runny impression, he used the lasted technology to create a digital scan of my tooth which was immediately sent to the lab for fabrication. A temporary crown was made and fit very comfortably. While not many people, if any, enjoy having their teeth worked on, this was a pleasant experience. Would encourage anyone needing dental work seriously consider seeing Dr Winderbaum!
