I'm a big baby so in no way did she try to comfort me until they were tears coming out of my eyes that I had to ask for numbing for the deep cleaning she was rushing through. I had a filling that popped out and the Dr did it perfectly! Didn't hurt and I felt safe. No crying that time! Just maybe some happy tears because now I can get braces!

I tried to tell the so called Doctor about some issues I was having but he ignored me. I took out my lower invisalign one morning and my front teeth were crushed causing TERRORIZING PAIN. What do you do if you're an adult in the "more senior years" and discover that your teeth are…read moreshifting and your bite has changed, and not for the better? Well, after a concerned visit with my dentist, I was referred to what she said was "the absolute best orthodontist in town". She explained that she could handle my treatment, but thought I should see a skilled practitioner who fixated exclusively in this area. And I can now agree with her. Brad Santelli was the orthodontist who oversaw my Invisalign treatment. His dental training was at NYU School Of Dentistry, where he stood out in his class. When I started my treatment he was affiliated with another orthodontist. When he left that practice and I experienced other orthodontists, I knew I had to track down Santelli. And when I did, I transferred my records and care to his practice. After 2 years of treatment and several refinements, I have beautifully aligned teeth and a great bite. Now, I can smile more! Brad Santelli is a perfectionist, exactly what you want in an orthodontist. I've referred 5 other adults to his practice, all of whom were highly satisfied with the care they received. Santelli's initial consult included a no charge panorex x-ray and an explanation of various treatment options (traditional braces vs Invisalign) and their costs. A no interest payment plan can be arranged and he accepts dental insurance, if you're fortunate enough to have any. His office is immaculate, his staff well trained and responsive to your needs. And most importantly, Dr Santelli is a good guy, sociable at the same time he is professional. Check Brad Santelli out if your teeth are shouting out for attention. You'll be pleased, trust me. Oh, I could not end this review without saying he is very easy on the eyes. Very.

Great First Experience at Kawa Orthodontics!…read more On September 23, 2026, I visited Kawa Orthodontics, LLP, at Mission Bay Plaza, 20423 State Road 7, Suite F18, Boca Raton, FL, for a consultation about clear aligners. I work for Dr. Zawadzky at Life Dental Care in Deerfield Beach, and he recommended that I look into improving a few small shifts in my teeth. I decided to finally take his advice and see what my options were. When I walked in, I immediately noticed how beautiful and spacious the office was--and the SHARK on the wall made me laugh! What a fun touch! I was warmly welcomed by Ms. Manuela, who was friendly and helpful from the start. After my X-rays and measurements, I met Dr. Lauren Gerkowicz, DMD. She took the time to explain my options, including the pros and cons of clear aligners, and was very honest about the treatment process and timeline. I truly appreciated her professionalism and honesty. A special thank-you to Ms. Nancy, Ms. Manuela, Ms. Jessica and Dr. Gerkowicz for making me feel so comfortable. I normally communicate with Jessica regarding patients, so it was funny being the patient this time! I am now waiting for my insurance information and payment options. If everything is comfortable for me financially, I will definitely be back! Beautiful office, plenty of parking, friendly staff and a very positive experience. Highly recommended! I paid extra to be put out in twilight . Someone prior to him apparently missed that I had a cavity and the tooth could not be saved . This was the 1st time ever I had to have a tooth extracted other than the wisdom teeth and was more than happy with the results . I did not want any issues later in life but he said it barely moves and could possibly take many years 10 or more even that to have an issue . He did not recommend extraction unless I am feeling uncomfortable. I guess I'll check back next year but I do have insurance now and wanted to take a precaution .
