I was 52 at the time and never needed one while my dad practicing until I was 45, this is NOT normally needed at all. Anyways I explained to them I'd do a regular cleaning and had to argue with them to get that. I go in and the hygienist says I was scheduled for a deep cleaning. I spoke to Sam over the phone and she was very kind and understanding. She even consulted with the doctors to see if I could get in today. They got me into the office within the hour. I walked in and Michele checked me in. Both her and Sam were very comforting and charming. The office vibe is really wonderful too, super clean, with tall wood ceilings. Almost feels like a cabin. I was immediately taken back and within 20 minutes, Dr. Saltz had consulted me, prepped me and completely filled in the chip, leaving my tooth looking like nothing had even happened. I really can't thank the entire office enough. I was in so much stress about having chipped my tooth and in such a short amount of time not only had they put me to rest, they restored it back to normal.

When I broke my crown, even though I had no pain, Carrie was able to schedule me the next morning. Dr Winderbaum was very conscientious as well as gentle. He had a very light touch. He removed my broken crown and prepared the tooth for a new crown. Rather than taking a goopy runny impression, he used the lasted technology to create a digital scan of my tooth which was immediately sent to the lab for fabrication. A temporary crown was made and fit very comfortably. While not many people, if any, enjoy having their teeth worked on, this was a pleasant experience. So a client of mine mentioned to visit Dr. Cohen. In all honesty I always was skeptical of these whitening treatments but I decided to give it a shot. Spoiler alert ....Boy was I wrong. The treatment took around 2 hours and the technician helping me was so delicate and patient. I was very comfortable during the treatment and got to watch a movie.
