Since my last review, they now do reminders by text for your appointment which is great. However, they still do have you wait beyond your appointment time. Everyone is very friendly so that helps a lot. My son finished his time for his braces which was great. It always cracks me up taht they give you candy on the day when you get braces -but that day only!! Then my son will be wearing a retainer every night which is good. Your teeth shift so this is a positive way to keep them in place. There is a lot of patience that you need for this business so that's a major plus. I recommend Santelli! read more

Well, after a concerned visit with my dentist, I was referred to what she said was "the absolute best orthodontist in town". She explained that she could handle my treatment, but thought I should see a skilled practitioner who fixated exclusively in this area. And I can now agree with her. Brad Santelli was the orthodontist who oversaw my Invisalign treatment. His dental training was at NYU School Of Dentistry, where he stood out in his class. When I started my treatment he was affiliated with another orthodontist. When he left that practice and I experienced other orthodontists, I knew I had to track down Santelli. And when I did, I transferred my records and care to his practice. After 2 years of treatment and several refinements, I have beautifully aligned teeth and a great bite. Now, I can smile more! Brad Santelli is a perfectionist, exactly what you want in an orthodontist. I've referred 5 other adults to his practice, all of whom were highly satisfied with the care they received. Santelli's initial consult included a no charge panorex x-ray and an explanation of various treatment options (traditional braces vs Invisalign) and their costs. A no interest payment plan can be arranged and he accepts dental insurance, if you're fortunate enough to have any. His office is immaculate, his staff well trained and responsive to your needs. Avoid this place at all costs. The previous google high rating was from when Dr. Santelli ran the office. Now that he is gone, this place mismanages schedules, is unorganized, screams inexperience. Wow, amazing to see this place turn from a well oiled machine to how poorly run it is now. We began with Dr. Brad Santelli and was very happy from the start. He seemed aware of our sons needs and on top of things. After the first year, I would ask how things were progressing, knowing our initial consult he stated we would need to possibly extract some teeth by way of an oral surgeon and chain attached to bottom tooth to pull it up. Two months ago I asked the front desk gal to give me name of oral surgeon- never heard anything. Last 2 appointments we had a new female doctor- no mention of Dr. Santelli being away or change in business-sign still reads Santelli Orthodontics...but not sure of his whereabouts. At our appt. yesterday, this new doctor stated how our son has the baby tooth to be extracted and my husband looked at her and told her we heard this day 1! So, my question now is, who is running this practice? Why was there not proper follow up and review of my sons chart to KNOW when to tell US -the time was last year to get the tooth extracted.. We feel left in the dark. Called many times, no live person answers. Left message today so we will see how long it takes to get some clear answers. Just annoying!!! we were pleased with Dr. Santelli then he sold his practice to Dr. Landman and everything went down!. Putting aside the fact she looks like she came right out of medicine school with probably not too much experience on the field, the appointment time is absurd!!! Now we have to wait weeks or a month to get treatment done, this never happened before! Its like she wants to book everyone, with zero preference for establish patients. Whatever you do don't come here dr. Santilli is no longer there. I have no idea what is going on in this office I have been calling for weeks with no answer my daughter has a mouth full of braces they have canceled every apt And I have no idea what to do. I can't even get somebody to return my calls or even pick up the phone in order for me to get all of my information to transfer it to another orthodontist. You have to ask how the treatment is going and what are they doing each visit, otherwise you will never have some explaining of the process. He is always in a rush and fast talking. Office is clean and they shared days with other dentist, therefore you can only make appointment certain days. During the covid-19 they make you wait in the car , not waiting room, not even with a mask, while they treat your kids inside, so you have no idea what is going on inside. I have been in different specialists office and this is the only one doing that which I consider exaggerated. Parents must be with their children because they are minors and we are in our right to know what is happening there and also to ask questions. read more

This is our family's history with this orthodontics practice: 2 years ago we signed a contract for orthodontic services based on the office's proximity to our home in east Boca and weekend hours (and we VERY clearly shared that this was our reason for joining the practice). No more than ONE WEEK later, the office by our house was closed permanently and relocated to West Boca, a 30 minute drive from our house. We were never informed that this was going to happen before signing the contract or we would have never signed. We immediately contacted the office asking to be released from the contract and were told that there was no way that we could break our contract without forfeiting THOUSANDS of dollars as this was a stipulation of the contract we signed. We tried repeatedly to get out of the contract but could not. So, for more than 18 months we had to drive 30 minutes to an office that had intentionally deceived us and progressively scaled back their hours, including a complete elimination of their weekend hours. That said - we had no issues with the services we received, and thought Dr. Santelli seemed friendly and provided us with good orthodontic services - but having to have money deducted from our bank account every month by a company that used deception to lure us into signing a contract under false pretenses more than rubbed us the wrong way. Watch out for this office. They offer prizes to the children whose parents promote the practice positively on social media. That is where some of the positive reviews are coming from. We have spoken to many others whose experiences mirror our own. read more

Parents Beware before selecting this orthodontist to treat your child. We had a terrible experience with our daughter. We had to stop the treatment and start all over with a new orthodontist as this doctor did not know what he is doing. He was ready to remove our daughter's braces and complete her treatment. We felt the treatment was not completed. We obtained three second opinions and all the orthodontist indicated the same thing. A whole new treatment needed to be started. He refuses to return our money and event continued billing our dental insurance after we discontinued the treatment, thereby preventing us from using the remaining benefits for the new doctor.
