They do not have private rooms here, you are in close proximity to other patients receiving services, which also made me feel uncomfortable. They took a $100 refundable deposit from me to hold future appointments, when I cancelled the appointments I was told that I would maybe receive a refund after corporate reviewed everything. They said corporate needs to wait for insurance but why would insurance have anything to do with a $100 deposit for FUTURE appointments. With the insurance I have, I never should have even been charged this deposit to begin with. They tried to upsell me a $150 cleaning even though I get two free cleanings a year with insurance. Cancelling the appointments was a chore to begin with. They didn't answer their phone so I left a message and I texted the number they have on their site last week. No response. I emailed their patient coordinator Carol, no response. I am beyond happy my old dentist Dr Krichmar at Coral Springs Family Dental takes my new insurance(I should have checked with them before ever booking here). I do not recommend Sage and you should definitely be getting second opinions if possible.

He goes to the computer and a minute later he says I'm done. I asked if they are still going to do the normal clean. He said no because it wasn't what the Md recommended. He said that they sent me an email. It was my "estimate" with my forged signature saying that I reviewed it. Never in my 50 years going to dentist every six months in 3 different states has the MD checked my teeth before the cleaning. Such a scam. I absolutely should've read the other reviews before booking. Lesson learned.

My father is a dentist and looked at the X-rays and explained that I needed one for buildup under the gum lines and this was several years ago, he also explained they are only necessary under certain circumstances and originally I fit that, again 2-3 years ago. I was 52 at the time and never needed one while my dad practicing until I was 45, this is NOT normally needed at all. Anyways I explained to them I'd do a regular cleaning and had to argue with them to get that. I go in and the hygienist says I was scheduled for a deep cleaning.
