First of all, the women at the front desk are SO NICE, they are great at what they do, are always friendly, easy to get in touch with and actually make an effort to know you as a person. Whenever I go to the office, they talk to me the entire time I wait (which is never more than 5 to 7 minutes). They remember you and the details you speak to them about. All of the hygienists are also friendly and remember you. I like the way they discuss everything with me, where instead of being chastised over not having immaculate dental health, they are always positive and and helpful. There are tvs in front of the dental chair so it's always easy to relax and focus on hgtv and not just stare at the ceiling and wonder what's going on in your mouth. Dr. Ly is one of my favorite health care providers in general, hands down the best dentist. He is so friendly and and always very gentle. I never have had any pain and if I feel a twinge he notices right away and takes care of it. I cannot recommend Dr.Ly and his staff enough! If you have a fear of dentists, this office will cure you of that. And they're always really great about getting you an appointment that works for you. I saw them early in my pregnancy and when my baby was born I even received a beautiful card from them!! They remembered when my baby was due (or at least made a note of it) Can't say enough good things about them. And their lovely and comfortable office is in a pretty complex right near boca regional and it's always easy to get the perfect parking spot!

The hygienist was AnaMaria and she was so gentle yet thorough. Always asking if I was doing ok or if I needed a bit more topical etc. I'm one of those people who is very nervous during a cleaning but she could not have been more comforting while at the same time giving me the best and most thorough cleaning. Dr. Scher took a look at the X-rays and inspected my teeth based on the images and notes, and he was also just a pleasant and comforting Dr. Told me what I should do to keep my teeth in tip top shape. Firstly, you must know that I write this review with decades worth of dental procedure history all over the country.  This is the ONLY time I've felt compelled to write a review. I had to have a wisdom tooth removed this past week on a couple of day's notice.  As you can imagine, I was not at all looking forward to it and was consumed with anxiety.  Let me be very clear...this was the absolute most painLESS dental experience in all my years.  Additionally, the attention to my well being was superlative.  There was a moment where I literally blinked one eye closed and the dentist stopped working to make sure I wasn't feeling any pain. This kind of treatment trickles down all throughout their office. The staff was so kind and careful. Checking in was all done contactless and safely.  They were so kind. When I came home from my procedure, my family couldn't believe that I was coming back from a wisdom tooth removal. It was unidentifiable on me.  I just went right back to living my life. In my vast experience, a lot of dentists over advertise their "painless" practice but so often under deliver. This couldn't be further from the truth with this office. I had a severe tootache / headache the other night and decided to pull the whole tooth. So I opted…read morefor a tooth extraction. Not many dentist offices are open on Saturday, so I landed here. I scheduled an appointment on Saturday 19th, over two weeks ago. Pulling a teeth cost roughly $200 on average however again, it was a Saturday. First, they tried charging a $75 appointment fee, I said I have one of the best dental insurance there is and it usually covers that, I was hit with "it should, however today is Saturday so we're unable to verify insurance cause that team comes in on Monday so what will happened is, once verified it will get reimbursed" - Meghan. I understand, so I let them swipe my card. As they checked out the X-rays I provided, Meghan came in the room with an invoice totaling $650 plus the taxes. $200 for the extraction, $450 for a dental intake ? I declined the intake as I never heard of that but it was explained and I politely declined. I said , can I just get the tooth removed. The Doctor, Dr Ana, said . No. I am not doing it without the intake. I said, shouldn't that be my choice. She said no, I am not doing it without. This is the dilemma I was facing, go another day with pain level at 10 and find another dentist (as I'm already sitting on the dental chair with three people surrounded me) or..which I was about to do, Meghan state "again, once the verification teams get in they should be able to verify your insurance and then we'll reimburse you so technically you'll only pay for the $200 extraction, and some insurance covers that and a small percentage of the $450. We'll call you Monday morning with the updated amount once it's verified" - Meghan. So then I waited. And waited. So I called on Tuesday to give them some time. This time Lola picks up. I explained, the first comment out Lola's mouth was "ok don't be upset but..." which is never a comforting sign, she explained they used a third party company to verify and that no request was sent off so she assures me she'll get me an answer today with an estimate (that was Tuesday September 22nd) again, today is September 28th two weeks later. In all fairness, Lola called me at the end of that business day and said "unfortunately, your insurance is (I think she said an acronym like SSD) and said they don't take that insurance. I said no, my insurance is PPO and it's on ur website as acceptable insurance and you guys are also within my Delta Dental network. She said she disagree. As someone who works for a credit card company and keeps their Lawyer on standby, I learned not to do back and forths. I know a scam when I see one and something I was willing to pay for, simple will get hit with a chargeback and amount to $0. I am also debating on posting on my social media cause I know that will bring A LOT of GREAT reviews.
