She immediately found time for me and turned what could have been a stressful situation into a seamless experience. In one day, she removed the damaged crown and had a new one made, bringing me back that same afternoon to fit it. Given that I travel frequently for work and was scheduled to leave town the next day, her responsiveness and efficiency meant everything. I've been a patient of Dr. Nudel for over 18 years, and this is the second time she has stepped in during an emergency and completely resolved the issue without delay. With that being said, I have had some aweful experiences at the dentist and get major anxiety just thinking about going. I have not been to the dentist in 11 years due to this fear. From the very first visit, I felt calm, understood and well cared for. They were accomodating, patient and very thorough. My procedure was done safely, and pain free! The entire staff from the receptionist to the hygenist were super sweet and reassuring. I booked my last procedure and I feel great about it.
