Something didn't feel right so I went to another dentist for a second opinion and guess what? It's completely covered. Irrigation optional for $75 which is still a fraction of what they charged. TLC didn't tell us irrigation was optional. I'm annoyed my dad got two fillings done here for $400 which I feel in retrospect, would have been covered. They also recommended two crowns which my dad didn't need. The staff is friendly but this is terrible way to take advantage of seniors and people who aren't proficient in English. Severely disappointed and would never recommend. Go to Dr. Buitrago in Coral Springs.

During my visit, the staff forgot to take the additional images needed for my Invisalign, meaning I had to come back again for something that should have been handled the first time. Additionally, they never called to inform me when my Invisalign arrived as I was under the impression that they would call me. I had to follow up myself to check on the status and it had arrived and I was never made aware. Dr. Sierra is really friendly and a great doctor! But the lack of organization and communication of the front office staff makes it really frustrating as a patient. With COVID-19 occuring, I wasn't sure as to how they were handling services. All staff was wearing masks, some wearing a face shield as well. There were also social distancing markers on chairs in the waiting room and on the floor near their front desk. They're doing their best given the circumstances, especially as they are essential. Over the years, they've managed to renovate inside and make the office look brand new and modern. Though I never disliked their old look a few years back! The staff here are always nice and willing to work with you when it comes to scheduling appointments and making payments. As for the actual dentist and hygienists, they make sure you feel comfortable and are excellent at their jobs. If you have questions they are always happy to answer them with no judgement either!
