This is the first time I've written a review, but I just had to talk about the fantastic service I had from this place. I brought a floor length dress in with less than a week's time before a wedding. It needed alterations and to be hemmed. The dress's top layer is a delicate mesh. The seamstress listened to all my concerns, pinned the dress up without poking me once, and all in less than 10 minutes. The dress also has a delicate trim along the bottom, and I asked her to keep that on the dress if she could. I paid $85 for the alterations and the complicated hem, no charge for rush service. When I went to pick up the dress on a Friday, I was running late. I got there 7 minutes after close. She was locking the front door when I ran up and asked if she could possibly let me get my dress. With a smile she unlocked the door for me, went right in and grabbed my dress. She didn't even ask the number because she knew which garment was mine. The alterations are perfect, the dress fits me like a glove, and the hem hits at the perfect spot with the pretty trim still in place. Brought a bunch of down jackets, jeans, and even a Burberry hoodie here for cleaning and we are always happy with what we receive back. The lady and staff here is so kind and always happy to see you. I plan on bringing all alterations and cleaning here. They are now offering launder services now, i haven't tried it out yet but it is something i would be interested in if i am in a pinch for time. I would put no stars if allowed. I brought a cashmere sweater to be cleaned, pointed out the two stains on white cuffs (had shirt cuffs and tails attached in white). Picked it up and the woman mentioned they couldn't get all the pilling off. Never mentioned the stains. Two days later I put it on. Thought it was strange i could still smell my old perfume on the sweater. Got into my car and saw the stains were still on the sweater. Went back to tell the woman at the cleaners and she shrugged her shoulders. Didn't even deny it was never cleaned. Didn't offer to do it again. Acts like she doesn't understand English. Obviously will never go back, but had to write a review because of the arrogance. Be ware of these cleaners cheating customers. Oh. And I used a tiny bit of Shout to confirm the stain was easily removed if ever cleaned and it came right out. Do not allow yourself to be ripped off like I was. read more

They always do excellent, fast work. I'm always a bit suspect of organic cleaning (is it really organic?) but this place does smell less like chemicals than most dry cleaners.
