They are very clean, reasonably priced, have plenty of operational machines so they never get too crowded, and they have very convenient hours. They both have a few large machines to handle bigger loads, including comforters and larger items. There's seating (indoor and outdoor) and t.v.s in both spots. Each one has a bit of advantage: - Doylestown has plenty of free parking in front. - Lambertville has Dexter Pay available allowing you to pay through an app. Best of all, the customer service is fantastic. I had an issue (my error) and the owner contacted me immediately after I left a message and followed through until the issue was resolved. Seriously, one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had! I highly recommend The Laundry Rooms.

However, most of their machines only take their store card. You need to purchase the card and make deposits before using. There are only a few machines that takes credit card. This doesn't bother me but I can see that could be a little inconvenient for some people.

I came prepared with quarters and my credit cards but they only accept cash to pay for their own card that you can only use there and it costs $3 to get the card, then you can load $ to the card to pay to use the washers and dryers. I ended up adding too much for the dryers. They work really well and I didn't know that much $ but oh well. We ended up paying $25 for washing 5 loads and drying 5, they're big enough that we could fit 5 loads in 4 dryers. I'll try to plan better next time. The employees leave at 5:00 and they ask that the last load be added at 8:00 because their doors are automatically locked at 9:00.
