I even had minor alterations done same day. What really stood out to me the most (and the reason for me for writing this post) is my experience getting my pants hemmed and then re- hemmed. I came in to get my suit pants hemmed and I thought I had length at where I wanted them. They suggested I try on the pants with my dress shoes but I disregard it and said it was fine. After I picked my pants up and tried them on with my dress shoes, the fit wasn't what I expected... and that was my fault. I went back, with the expectation of paying again, but the lady refused to take my money and fixed the pants on the spot. All this happened over 3 days and I was surprised at how painless it was. I've been going to different local places sporadically but I think I made up my mind. I'll be back again.

We noticed that on the inside of each of the shirts our last name was written in PERMANENT marker. NEVER in my life have I seen a dry cleaner write on clothing! I am so baffled as to why they don't use a tag system like EVERY other dry cleaner in America!!! I am utterly shocked that there are not hundreds of poor reviews about this establishment sighting this same complaint. If they change their article identification system to anything other than ruining clothing with permanent marker, I may consider going back because the quality of the work was actually very good.

At first I was surprised about that recommendation but I surprisingly found an exact match and that was the way to go! Dress came out so good. Absolutely terrible experience at Annie Cleaners. Easily one of the most unprofessional places I've…read moreever dealt with. Annie so call "make up queen" is consistently rude, dismissive, and acts like doing her job is a burden. Every single time I came in, there was some excuse about being "too busy," yet somehow there's always time to sit around or be on the phone. The work itself? Just as bad. Alterations were sloppy, rushed, and looked like no real care was put into them. On top of that, clothes weren't even properly ironed--wrinkled and unfinished like they didn't even try. If you value your time, money, and clothes, avoid this place. There are way better options out there. This was a complete waste of time and I won't be coming back.
