That has to be one of the most personal and caring examples of customer service I have EVER received from a cleaner / tailor. Clearly, the negative comments below are from different YSK locations, such as NY and CA. YELP should take measures to separate these into their appropriate geographic regions and get them out of YSK Lansdale's profile because YSK Lansdale, at first encounter, was fantastic.

Being short requires that almost everything I buy requires alterations of some kind. I have never had a bad experience here; it has always been high quality work. Absolutely terrible experience at Annie Cleaners. Easily one of the most unprofessional places I've…read moreever dealt with. Annie so call "make up queen" is consistently rude, dismissive, and acts like doing her job is a burden. Every single time I came in, there was some excuse about being "too busy," yet somehow there's always time to sit around or be on the phone. The work itself? Just as bad. Alterations were sloppy, rushed, and looked like no real care was put into them. On top of that, clothes weren't even properly ironed--wrinkled and unfinished like they didn't even try. If you value your time, money, and clothes, avoid this place. There are way better options out there. This was a complete waste of time and I won't be coming back.

I wear a lot of wool sweaters and delicate blouses that require proper dry cleaning, and everything always comes back looking clean. The turnaround time is always reasonable, and the consistency in care and attention to detail really stands out. Even though I haven't personally visited the plant itself, I'm grateful for their reliable, professional service and wanted to give them the recognition they deserve.

At first I was surprised about that recommendation but I surprisingly found an exact match and that was the way to go! Dress came out so good. All my alterations and cleaning were ready with more than enough time for picture day. Highly recommend the service Royal Cleaners provides.

They do an amazing job from start to finish, everything has come back perfect every time. My husband tends to leave things in his pockets but they always find and return them, including $20 bills. From day one they knew us by name which makes dropping off and picking up a breeze. This is the only store my kids will beg to visit (the lollipops help!) We recently moved from the area and of all the places we miss the most, Whitpain Cleaners ranks highest. It's not easy to find a business that values integrity and family in this day and age, but this one does. It'll be hard to find another place we trust as much here in our new state!
