I've been seeing Kelly for almost a year now, and I truly can't say enough good things. Not only is…read moreshe warm, welcoming, and incredibly kind, but she also brings a level of knowledge and professionalism that sets her apart. From the very first appointment, she took the time to understand my skin and its needs, recommending treatments and products that have genuinely made a HUGE difference in my skin. She has an amazing eye for what your skin needs based on your goals. She also has a long-term approach to skincare, which I LOVE, and I've never once felt pushed toward unnecessary treatments--which is one of my biggest pet peeves! I feel confident and cared for every time I walk out of her treatment room, and truly enjoy our conversations during our sessions. If you're looking for someone who is not only kind but also deeply knowledgeable and results-driven, I cannot recommend Kelly enough!

I had been receiving Botox from this location in Cary for about 1.6 years. I was a steady customer. I spent a great deal of money. I became hospitalized for 4 months as a client over 65. During the last year, I had to cancel several days before on just 3 occasions, and on one occasion, the day before, rushed by ambulance to WakeMed. EVERY time I called as a professional courtesy, the most recent, one of the untrained young girls literally said to me, "hold and I'll see if we can cancel you!" I replied "excuse me? What does that even MEAN? I'm in the ER! Should I contact my attorney?" I was punctual as always to my last appointment. As I went to make my next appointment, happily saying "I thought I was over the critical time where I could die".. INSTEAD of CONCERN, empathy or acknowledgment, either the first untrained employee or another untrained employee NOT ONLY demanded $50 upfront "in case I cancelled my next appointment"!, but NONE of the staff employees offered ZERO concern or acknowledgment!!! I was flabbergasted! As a Duke University Chemistry professor and neurologist on sabbatical, I asked "are you familiar with the American with Disabilities laws? Are you familiar with the empirical fact that I've NEVER been a 'no show"?.. that even in the ER I was professional enough to call?" I stated "I won't be back." In addition, my pattern as an established client is once a month with a $140 budget. On EVERY OCCASION Stacie would make me EXTREMELY UNCOMFORTABLE and would purposely attempt to elicit more money by stating- with a very over concerned coercion, "You know.. because you get such low amounts that this won't hold unless you purchase X amount of units!" As I have been receiving Botox for a staggering 35 YEARS, I was aware of this fact and had to repeat again, and again and again, "I'm so sorry to disappoint you-as I'm disabled until I heal, this is the most I can do every month!" This is the ONE thing I do for myself. It should be a day/event of peace and joy. Instead, I left each session sad, embarrassed and purposefully insulted and demeaned. In addition, Stacie informed me "she couldn't inject me anymore as she was now only going to work on 'top-tier' customers!!" I wouldn't send my enemy to this place! It's hilarious to see uneducated, unattractive front reception employees try to pose as authoritarian figures to an MD, who was temporarily quite disabled in recovery.

I went down a rabbit hole researching plastic surgeons before making my decision. I was…read morespecifically looking for someone who was board-certified, local, actively involved in research, and committed to continuing education and advanced training. After a lot of searching, I found Dr. Hunter, and I'm so glad I did. From the very first consultation, I knew my experience would be different. Dr. Hunter personally greeted my family and me in the lobby, which immediately made me feel welcome. During my consultation, I shared all of my concerns and the areas I wanted to improve. He listened carefully, never rushed me, and offered thoughtful recommendations based on my goals. I've been to many medical appointments where I've left feeling unheard, but that was never the case with Dr. Hunter. His confidence, professionalism, and attention to detail gave me complete confidence in my decision. I had my surgery in December, and now that I'm six months post-op, I can honestly say I LOVE the way I look. My results exceeded my expectations while still looking natural. One thing I was initially nervous about was that I didn't see many women who looked like me on the website. However, from beginning to end, I was treated with exceptional care and respect. The hospitality from the entire Amelia team was truly unmatched. Every interaction made me feel safe, valued, and genuinely cared for, and that meant everything to me. Whenever I had a question or concern, someone responded quickly by phone or email. I never felt like I was navigating my recovery alone. I am beyond grateful to Dr. Hunter and every member of the Amelia team for helping me through this journey. Choosing them was one of the best decisions I've made, and I would recommend them without hesitation. For anyone considering a mommy makeover, my procedure included: * Tummy tuck * Small hernia repair * Breast reduction * Liposuction to the flanks Thank you, Dr. Hunter and the entire Amelia team, for helping me feel confident in my own skin again. I will forever be grateful.

Getting treated at Family Dermatology was the BIGGEST MISTAKE of my 74 year life. I have been bed…read moreridden for the last six years because I trusted them. My wife and I are losing everything worked for our entire lives. Kelly Blount, PA, prescribed a medication that should never be used under compression bandages. After the second application I unwrapped my lower legs to find large areas of skin nesrly burned through and my feet had a number of holes burned through the skin. It got infected into the bones, the sides of my feet had to be amputated and bone grafts put in. My right heel had about 7 square inches of flesh that came off and the MRSA ate into multiple bones. I nearly lost both feet. I requested that the doctor see me and was given an appointment. The obviously embarassed appointment person had been told by the doctor to say "You are to go away! No one will see you, no one will treat you. You are to go away!" I replied " You just gave me a reason to sue." If my clueless niece had not thrown away my evidence right before I was in the hospital for 72 days, I would have. I hope kharma catches up with that doctor and he ends very badly. I went there to get MRSA off my skin on my legs and feet. I did not expect to get my skin removed and have to get amputations and spend months on vacuum therapy, with repeated hospitalizations for sepsis and other serious infections. In long term care I am cleaned and rebandaged by a wound nurse three days a week, by a great wound doctor once a week. The lymphedema I had is gone and so finally the infections after about six and a half years. I have severe dropfoot and my toes are now retracted with calcification of the joints. My right foot is very deformed. I had walked a couple hundred feet that day when I went to the clinic but after years of disability my balance was poor so I rolled in on a handicapped scooter. Around the end of July 2020 I was declared bed ridden. I couldn't take care of my wife when she was very ill and her sister carried her away and committed her. She had lost decades of memories due to low oxygen and not being admitted to the hospital. I miss her very much. We had a long peaceful marriage. She can't even dial a landline phone now or hang it up correctly. This place should be closed! The two PAs that saw me did not know what they were doing and that doctor doesn't care what happens to patients. Their licences should be forfeited. They severely injured me and that caused us both great harm and loss. They should not even treat animals. If it saves someone else I was told by an ER surgeon that what they should have prescribed was Surgical Scrub. A number of doctors and wound nurses have told me what they prescribed should Never Be Used under compression bandages.

Late last night, after the business had already closed, I sent an email asking if I could reschedule my appointment due to the severe and unforeseen weather conditions. Typically, the company confirms appointments, but I did not receive my call yesterday. When they opened at 9 AM this morning, I called directly and spoke with the owner. I explained my concern about traveling during the severe weather threat and asked if I could reschedule. I was told that because "it was not storming right now [at that exact moment], I would not be allowed to reschedule. Despite widespread warnings, school closures, and public safety recommendations due to the weather, I was told my only option was to still come to the appointment. I also asked what would happen if something occurred during the service, such as a power outage due to the storm. The response I received was that they would "cross that bridge when they get to it." Due to this experience and the lack of flexibility during a serious weather event, I will be canceling my membership today.
