We had time to kill...Well. Our bright idea turned dumb and we got the car stuck in the snow trying to leave. Called Williams towing company and they came to get us for $120 (it took him an hour to get us back to the road, which was about a mile). The guy was really nice and thanked us for being patient. We in turn thanked him for coming to our rescue. 5 stars for being a life saver since we tried for an hr to get out. Minus 5 stars for us because we made such a dumba$$ decision to go down there. At least the bridge was pretty.

I was at a clients's house 45 miles from home today and my Tahoe wouldn't start not start or turn over. Our roadside insurance called a place in Gaylord and said it could be over and hour and no guarantee. Rude and short. We called the insurance company back and they sent us Ty. He was 10 minutes away he said when he called me right away. He took the keys and when he tried to start it he knew immediately what was wrong! Apparently he wrenches on his time off. He tightened the connections to the battery and started right up! As a person who suffers from high anxiety he will never know how much I appreciated him this afternoon. I will call him again and hopefully it isn't soon! Ha

I'll make sure everyone from the copper harbor to Texas knows how rude, unprofessional, and down right nasty of human beings you are. there are pictures at from the investigation showing the hitch and tow straps in the truck and they were not in there upon pickup so let's add stealing from someone in the hospital fighting for their life. I cannot believe how rude people can be. Shame on the entire company. Absolutely disgusting human beings and leave our family with zero faith left in humanity

However, Jr. consistently provided excuses and runarounds, delaying completion. Despite numerous attempts to contact him, I had to reach out to the building owner to get his attention. On June 24th, 2024, Jr. informed me that the truck was ready, but upon pickup, he requested an additional $1,000. Which I reluctantly paid, but soon discovered the transmission was malfunctioning and didn't have 5th or 6th gear nor over drive. After dropping off the rental car the same day I picked my truck up, I had returned the truck agian to Jr. on June 25th for re-repair as the trans was over heating. He said he'll get it fixed and need programming. Ontop of that, the trans was leaking trans fluid. Following continued delays and unreturned calls, I finally received the truck back on September 11th, only to experience another breakdown, trans over heated past 290 degrees and I lost all gears and reverse, i had my children with me, they were terrified. Jr. promised to rectify the issues but failed to deliver. I've lost significant time and finances due to Jr.'s incompetence, spending over $3,900 on rental vehicles. I've requested my truck to be towed to Main Street Tire and Brake for proper repairs with my $3,000 in cash as deposit to Main Street and Junior has yet to follow through. Due to Superior Transmission's failure to deliver, I'm pursuing legal action against Junior and Superior Transmission. Please stay away from this business.
