Got a tow to Dan's repair and even though he was quite busy already, he took the time to check out the problem and got us going again by the end of the day. As it was Friday, we were almost stuck for at least the weekend if not more as other shops were swamped as well. Saved us a ton of money and frustration. The Main St guys know what they're doing and the prices are fair. The shop is always busy with many cars in the lot waiting for service. They are great in person but communication isn't their strength, we typically need to stop back to learn status of a repair. Still, it's super convenient to have a repair shop in Mackinaw City.

Chad figured out that our battery was improperly installed and had to order a new battery for our car. He got us back on the road when no one even wanted to take a look at our car. Chad is a former Marine and he displayed every trait you would expect of our service members. I would recommend Chad and his shop to anyone in Michigan or visiting the area. Chad could have very easily taken advantage of our predicament. We had limited time and no idea what was wrong with our car. And our battery was less than a year old!
