Cafe salad with grilled chicken breast and house dressing
    Meghan F.

Great little cafe in Geneseo. I had a cup of the soup of the day: black bean, and the cafe salad with grilled chicken breast. Fast service. Delicious food. Great lunch spot.

Have been there a few times but we didn't care for the food, service or ambiance. Not for us.

The food here has always been very good and the staff is very friendly. A great place to stop in for a bite when visiting Geneseo.

Quiche was good. Coffee and portions were ok. Family owned and operated. Right downtown so conveniently located but only open until 2pm.

Crab Rangoon for an appetizer. All were made with good quality ingredients and the food was on point. Two of the items were in the daily special menu. We dined in. As someone who eats Chinese food regularly , I would say it's really good food at a decent price .

New China is another one of those genetic named Chinese places. Looks about the same inside as any of these except for the booths. There's QR codes of the menu on these you can scan. After coming in and ordering, we decide to just dine in. It doesn't look that bad in here really. There's a reach in with beverages, and it's not just pop. It's about $2 for pear juice. This amazingly was pretty good and not like it was sickeningly sweet. As for the food, there's limited vegetarian choices. It's about $11 for the cheapest entree. We each got the Ma Po Tofu. It's a vegetarian friendly recipe. There's no pork in this. Good place for a town with not a whole lot. It's not like it's incredible, but it's still okay though. There's a few choices including tofu for vegetarians.

The are known for their savory quiche and crepes as well as their delicious ice cream filled dessert crepes, ordering the Spinach Bisque is a MUST! While a cup may be fine for some, I always insist on a bowl of the creamy, buttery bisque. Recently for lunch, I chose their Wagyu Meatloaf Sandwich, paired with spicy ketchup, provolone and crispy onion strings on a grilled artisan white bun. The side of Mayo aoli is a great topping too! Sitting inside and watching the chefs prepare the crepes is a delight, but a beautiful afternoon calls for a relaxing meal on their ivy lined patio! It is so cute and gives such great small town peaceful vibes. Highly recommend; but you may need to call ahead for reservations.

Today we stopped for lunch and Andrea took great care of us!! We were offered a choice of indoor or outdoor seating. We chose to sit inside and enjoy the display of antique decorations ( old phonograph, television, antique furniture, etc). We had a crepe and soup combo and a soup and sandwich combo. The spinach bisque is always on the menu and the soup of the day was tomato cognac. Everything was delicious as usual. This place has been in business since 1978 for a reason! The quality of food and service can't be beat!
