The owner and the team were able to accommodate my order on such a short notice and the quality did not disappoint. This business has been mine and my family's go-to since, especially for major events, celebrations etc. Staff is friendly and accommodating. The worst of this place is having to get up early and hit the road before all the bad drivers wake up, but definitely worth it. Can't recommend this place enough

The manager would not even come out to talk to me. She relayed a message to me via cashier that I am responsible because I decided to get the blouse dry cleaned. Completely rude behavior for a manager! I asked for the owners work phone number and they would not give me that info. They finally gave me a general manager's phone number, Amy. I left a message for Amy but she has not returned my call yet. Not sure if it is a real number. I am planning on calling the owner at some point. They have lost a great customer and I will tell others about my experience.

I'm new to Midland, Texas. I stopped at Comet Cleaners recently and asked how much they would…read morecharge me to launder and light starch 3 dress shirts. The girl at the counter quoted me $5.75. The price quote was about what I'd pay where I'm from (about 1.69 per shirt). When I picked up the shirts, however, they charged me $16.73! This was not "dry cleaning" but just laundry, starch and press. Those prices are unconscionable and a fraud to the citizens of Midland, Texas. As long as folks agree to pay those prices companies like Comet Cleaners will continue to rip people off. The fellow in front of me got charged over $42 for 4 blue jeans with heavy starch. Comet advertises free heavy starch outside their building. Comet Cleaners should be ashamed of themselves ripping off hard working folks of their hard earned money by significant overcharging compared to other markets.

Make sure to empty your pockets because people who work at a laundry service think they are…read morequalified to determine the value of items in your pockets. "We didn't know what it was"; yeah, well then you probably shouldn't throw it away should you? That was their reasoning for throwing a $400 rare and discontinued part in the trash. Yes I know I'm to blame too because I left it in my jacket; but seriously who hasn't left something in their pocket and why is the dry cleaner throwing out customers' belongings instead of setting them aside? Never using them again unless their policy changes in regards to the contents of customers' pockets. Oh yeah third time I've used them and third time they've gotten the starch wrong on my shirts and jeans. You'd think medium starch/ no crease on Wranglers and light starch on a shirt would be common in West Texas but I keep getting light starched/ creased Jeans and shirts that can stand on their own.
