The problem arose when I got my laundry back. Every shirt that I own was wrinkled like it had been wadded up and stuck in a laundry hamper. I understand this is not a drycleaner, but I can do better myself at home. I have to wear the shirts for work and it's disappointing that I was asked if I wanted Downy, and this is the result. I can't wear these and meet with clients-and they should've known that this was not acceptable.

Completely rude behavior for a manager! I asked for the owners work phone number and they would not give me that info. They finally gave me a general manager's phone number, Amy. I left a message for Amy but she has not returned my call yet. Not sure if it is a real number. I am planning on calling the owner at some point.
