Heard really good things about this place, and yelp had a really good review so I thought I would try it. They have excellent service, and they're real friendly when you take stuff in. The problem arose when I got my laundry back. Every shirt that I own was wrinkled like it had been wadded up and stuck in a laundry hamper. I understand this is not a drycleaner, but I can do better myself at home. I have to wear the shirts for work and it's disappointing that I was asked if I wanted Downy, and this is the result. I can't wear these and meet with clients-and they should've known that this was not acceptable. read more

I've been using Superwash for almost a year now (when in town) and I'm quite pleased. It is kept clean and now with new washers it's rare to have to wait for open machines. Using cards loaded with credit works so much better than carrying a bucket of quarters. You can choose between four sizes of washers starting at $2 a load. Dryers are extra large. Someone from management is always on site in case you have problems. read more

It's a laundromat and it does its' job. I come here to wash my oilfield clothes as I don't want to ruin my washer/dryer at home. They have 6 washers dedicated to oilfield clothes and 4 dryers for these clothes. I wish they had more because one is usually broken and the employees are always using a couple to do laundry that people drop off. It's $3 for the oilfield washers, the other regular washers are cheaper however. They have over 25 standard sized washers for normal laundry and four 60# washers for big loads. There's about 30 very large sized dryers which are pretty cheap. Pretty clean place. About the crowd you'd find in any laundromat. This place uses cards instead of coins which I like because of the ability to add funds to the card with a credit/debit card. Overall, not a bad laundromat. Just wished they had a couple more washers and dryers dedicated to oilfield clothes, although they still have more than most places in town. read more

I did not know this was possible... so this place has a service that allows you to drop off your clothes.. they weigh it, then ask you if you want your whites bleached, what detergent you prefer, if you wanted the clothes hung and/or folded. Then the next day, you pick it up!!! My drop off cost 35.00. Amazing! Its also a coin operated laundry, incase you may happen to have time to spare, which I do not. Update: When picking up my clothes, I commented on the sign indicating they have a pick up and drop off service.. so.. you call them early in the week, Monday or Tuesday, and you can get put on the route.. They pick up your clothes on a schedule.. and drop off when done.. get this.... THE SERVICE IS FREE!!! Wow read more

Love this place just hate doing laundry! They updated the place. New washing machines. Owner is always friendly and greets you if he there. The only issue, is like other laundromats, is customers are inconsiderate. They will take up machines and leave them and not come back in time to unload. I decided if there no machines I do what I need to do. :( But as far as the business it is great. read more

For those just wanting to do their own laundry, don't expect anything fancy as their mission leads you to think. There's nothing wrong w the place but ultimately it's a laundromat. There is a strong wifi sig but I could connect to it for whatever reason. Could be my phone but still. Otherwise, the card system is easy and convenient and the attendants were on top of it. I hardly got to the laundromat but when I do it something usually important. Now I'll say this I'm not a big person on money but I am on making things right. I went in and wanted to clean my comforter. Went to the soap machine and got $2 worth of soap and only got 1 from the machine. The guy up front proceeded to check my transactions on my card and you clear see I was charge 2 times for soap. He legit fought over $1 and all I really wanted was soap to finish my stuff I brought in. He made it out to be that I was legit trying to get $1 out of them. I'm a hardworking American that works 60 hrs a week. All I need was my stuff cleaned and to be treated fair. They have no desire for customer service and this place is too money hungry to even make things right. He also acted like he had no idea what he was doing. Shows how much you take in to training quality customer service employees. I will %100 take my business else where. All because you guys wouldn't do the right thing. read more

The dryers don't dry well, even at the highest temp, and I don't even overload. The wifi does not work. On the plus side, they keep it clean. They have same day service. It is $0.30 to use the dryer and $1.60 to use the washers. For the higher load washers/dryers the cycle costs more ($0.50 and $3.25, respectively). read more

I have been going to this laundromat for weeks and it is worse everytime I go. There are so many broken washers... & if you find one that isn't out of order, half the time your clothes are soaking wet at the end. Their card machine never works. I don't carry cash. So I had my washers completely loaded after waiting twenty minutes for one to become available just for the lady at the front to say "yeah our machine isn't working. only cash" I said "but I already loaded the machines..I've been waiting for twenty minutes with my toddler just for a washer to open.. Can you guys just pay for my cycle or swipe my card up here?" "Um no" that was literally it. And the worst part is the employees are just awful. The rudest are a blonde with long hair and a woman with almost black hair. They mostly speak Spanish (which doesn't affect me, I'm saying this to differentiate between other employees who speak more English). These women steal/hog the washers, don't help you when you're standing at the counter (just stare hoping someone else will help), and make sure to make you feel like it's inconvenient that you are there. I just drop my clothes off to be wash & dried. Oh, they fold them or hang them up too. No extra charge for the hangers. They do a good job. It doesn't cost that much, either. I have a full-time job & two older kids and a baby. I don't have much time & this way the kids (and me) always have clean clothes. read more
