They advertise ironing and folding but don't do it. I had some craft shirts I wanted to iron and fold. I was told they would have to wash them (can't wash my shirts in a commercial laundry). Wasn't too crowded . Wasn't too expensive . Place was clean . There was restroom and snack machines . There is also laundry soap vending . I haven't had to use a laundromat in almost 20 years and was actually dreading it based on my early post college years of experience. I was pleasantly surprised when I walked into Wash Em Up. The facility was very clean. All the machines seemed to be new and in good working condition. They had a selection of magazines if you didn't bring your own reading material to pass the time as well as two TVs. There was an attendant on staff to answer questions and make change, and she was very friendly and helpful. The patrons were also very courteous, which is the norm in this big, little town. All in all a very pleasant experience! I give it Two Suds Up!!! read more

I don't know where the picture of the big stainless steel washers came from but it isn't from this business. The laundry mat is small and dirty. I went somewhere else. I'm traveling here for a few weeks with my husband and kids. I researched laundromats as I find most laundromats pretty disgusting. The thought of washing your clothes in a smelly washer that has other people's hair and germs..... Gross! This laundromat was decent. It was kind of dirty, but that is to be expected at any laundromat. The attendants working were very helpful and nice. My clothes were washed and dried and actually smell good. Their washers and dryer's work very well, and they are not too expensive. I would recommend this laundromat. On a side note, there was a man clipping his fingernails over the folding table. I wish there was rules against us. I almost threw up in my mouth, and decided to fold my clothes back at the hotel. read more

If there's two things I hate one of them is doing laundry and the other is doing my kids' laundry!! Which is why this is one of the best businesses in Midland! Call them, they pick it up, and bring it back ready for your drawer or closet. I lived comfortably with no washer and dryer for months once and it was better than doing it myself. Their attention to detail and promptness is amazing. I've never lost any clothing and it's always delivered back to me quicker than I thought possible. 2 stars with it being 24/7, quiet staff. Only thing that gets me is the dryers. 1 quarter for 5 min...2 for 10....3 for 15....but wait there's a twist! 4 for 19 min. Even with all of the minutes going. After 40 min you will have had everything dried. Provided it's 1 dryer with 3 towels.....other than sucky dryers that you have to CONSTANTLY feed everything is ok. read more

Very disappointed. Dropped my clothes off to be washed since hubby and I work a ton... Told my clothes would be ready this morning 3/23/15 at 7 am for pick up. When I came in this am at 7 am which made me late to work to pick up my clothes, they couldn't find them. Then I find out they are not even done. I ask why. The older short lady with long hair tells me that after she left on Sunday at 3pm that the other girl did nothing from 3-11 and that my clothes were not even started. I now have to wait another day and Pay 70 bucks for my clothes! The older lady said ma'am I wrote on the ticket Tuesday. Yes she did but you told me at 7 am I can grab my clothes. Not happy and I will go somewhere else! Horrible customer service! read more
