It's pretty ghetto in here!!! It looks like they are remodeling or something. People outside asking me if I have a cigarette on me. The washer wasn't working properly so I asked the middle aged lady who worked here and she was getting loud with me for no reason. So I just bit my tongue before I catch a case. Overall it gets the job done, was in and out in less than an hour. read more

I left my dryer sheets and my Gain beads there, I was one of the last people to leave went back the next day to ask if they had them, was told no. And on my way out I saw my dryer sheets on their cleaning cart, and I know mine because the corners are bent as I normally place them on am Iron Rack, they need employees with integrity. read more

This place is moderate in size, but boy it is sooo busy on the weekend, you may find it difficulty to find a spot in there. I drop off my laundry and the ladies wash, dry, hangup and fold depending on what I want. my clothes always look like they've been ironed, which they're not , theyre separated the way I like, and they smell great. Went to the super wash card laundry today and my card didn't work. The super wash I normally used closed and I wasn't told I had to transfer my card to one of the other super wash locations. Since my wife has passed I don't need to do laundry very often. So, I guess either I just gave them$15 or they stole it from me. But that is ok they have just lost much more than that because I will never use them again. Plus I will never recommend them again. read more

You have to be out of your mind to wash your clothes @ this sorry ASS PLACE. For one, none of there washers work properly. After my clothes were done. They was soaking wet, all of the washer have out of order tagged on them, and the service sucks. Lady thought I was gonna put my extremely wet clothes in the dryer. So she brought her meth face ass over when I was about to inform the other worker about the situation. Why would I try to spend $20.00 dollars trying to dry my clothes. THINK LADY!!!! Terrible place! Tried it 4 times, they do wash and fold and the staff is always in the way. Not enough tables to fold and they take up all the tables, since they don't have a seperate area for this. Then they are loud and rude. Not worth the competition!!! read more

I was really disappointed with the quality of service here. We were here visiting the university and some of my students had to do some laundry. We decided to come here because it was close to the university. When I went to the front of the establishment to buy some laundry soap, the female attendant was EXTREMELY RUDE. She asked what I wanted and then told me several times, "We close at 10:00". I answered, "yes ma'am" several times. She preceded to tell me to make sure that we didn't lean on the machines or touch them, and for us not to leave our clothes unattended. Once again, I replied with "yes ma'am". Once again, she emphasized that they closed at 10:00. Not two minutes later, she was busy laughing and flirting with a gentleman that was also doing laundry at the front of the building. I love coming to SuperWash.The staff is so welcoming and helpful at both of the locations I go to.this one and the new one on Andrews Hwy.I have to say I enjoy the new location more because of the size of the store and the Huge machines,also they have 8 large machines for work clothes.Its always so clean and comfortable.They make you feel like you are home.The card system makes it super easy.No messing around with quarters.I also let them wash my comforters at times and they way they package it makes it great for storing it until the winter.Thanks Superwash!!!! read more
