This place is top notch! I have nothing to compare it to but all I can say is each time I've been very pleased. My laundry was done and ready the same day. They come back wrapped and folded in plastic wrap. Very impressive about the turn around time. Everyone is very pleasant. It definitely beats going to the laundry mat! read more

Always clean. Very helpful staff. Machines are rarely ever down. Very well maintained place. Safety is not an issue like other laundry facilities. Smells wonderful from all the laundry. The only laundry mat that uses soft water. My only complaint is there is no AC! read more

No hour updates at all. If open till 10 management needs to let them know if hours change. Last load was at 8:30 the sign says I got there at 8:20 and doors locked. Went around back to ask and they said management would yell at them if anything was past that time. Could've had loads in before 8:30 if doors were open. I always come here and no hours get changed. I have been going here for over 4 years. This is by far the NICEST most clean Laundromat I've ever been to. I definitely recommend it because like I said it is very clean, but also all of the staff wears mask including the cleaning crew. Very nice staff and quick service. the place is awesome and so is the staff, for the exception of Tony. Tony has harassed me about my wash numerous times. He thinks just because they are FRs they have oil based and should go in the greasers. I have explained to him several times that I wear them bc they are required for my job. on one occasion I just walked out, the second time I did contact the owner and today he and his wife, who is the manger kicked me out. I was opening the greaser wash, already was walking towards who I though it was person I k ew when he started harrasslnf me about my wash, assuming I was going to go to another. I told him I didn't want to deal with him to leave me along, he didn't. His wife came over, the actual manager and took his side. At first you think this place is going to be awesome. New and clean but again don't judge the book by its cover, right. Once I saw the machines they used I said F$&@#, I had tried a laundromat with the same machines and they were baaaad. But alas I was already here, machines looked newer and I just decided to try again. My husbands work clothes came out as if I just threw them in water and dried them. Literally mud on everything. For some reason by the time the clothes were out of the dryer they had white spots on them. So basically my clothes came out dirtier than they were at the beginning. Everything is great except the service the Spanish lady heavy set one is rude she got mad cause I was in her way she moved my stuff rudely and looked at me givinge a dirty look. Not cool. I spent $60 to get treated this way. And IAM Hispanic too. So this is not a race thing. I will not be coming until it is better. I absolutely love coming to this laundry mat. I can get all of my laundry done within 1 hour. My clothes come out feeling so much better than they did when I would wash them at home. I love how they have the machines marked for which ones should be used for grease. It is also one of the cleanest and nicest laundry mats I've ever been in. read more

I paid over 120$ for laundry service with a simple request to keep the 2 bags separate when I picked up the laundry and got home with it I noticed it was not kept separate then had to drive back down there to get my detergent they didn't have the curtesy to put it in the bag I've been a customer for two years but get the feeling they hope I never come back and they don't have to worry because I won't I asked to speak to the owner but was denied wasn't offered any compensation or nothing read more
