The problem arose when I got my laundry back. Every shirt that I own was wrinkled like it had been wadded up and stuck in a laundry hamper. I understand this is not a drycleaner, but I can do better myself at home. I have to wear the shirts for work and it's disappointing that I was asked if I wanted Downy, and this is the result. I can't wear these and meet with clients-and they should've known that this was not acceptable.

I have been using this laundromat for at least a year. I am so disappointed. I went to the…read morelaundromat this morning and first I had to wait until after 6:00 a m to get in. The person who was to open was 15/20 mins late. I get inside and there are more out of order machines than working ones. Opened three washers and they were dirty, one had standing water, two others had dry caked soap in them. Not usable at all. All the extra large washers were out of order. At least a third of all the other washers were out of order. I do around $30-$40 of laundry every week. If this laundromat doesn't improve greatly and quickly, I will be going some where else to do my laundry.

The staff is very personable and helped me with the card system provess. You pay $1.00 to purchase the card and then fill the card with as much as you want. Place was very clean and process went quickly. Medium load washers are $3.95 a load. Dryers $.65 for each 15 minutes. Felt pricing was fair and will return to do another round of laundry before we leave.

They promptly offered to give me free dry time on another machine. Not sure if they care or not about the machine since they didn't put a sign on it or anything after I told them, just don't use 22 hahaha. One gripe I have is that this place is cash only. You can only reload your card with cash. Also the machines have weird costs that will leave your cash card with a remaining balance unless you try really hard to use every cent. Two load washers are $2.75, four load washers $4.95 (why the 95 right??), dryers are $0.65/15 min (65 come oon). Yep, my card is going to have money left over on it no matter what. They also have 'greaser' machines for those who have dirty oil&gas work clothes. They are more expensive to use. Oh, you could have fun with the quarter pushing gambling machine while you wait here. I actually saw some kids hit the jackpot there and they ended up with a ton of quarters. I was kind of jealous hahaha.

Nikki basically took…read moreour oldest son under her wing during our stay as we recently moved to TX and he hasn't met a lot of friends yet. We had three issues during our stay. One - often the washing machines and/or dryers are out of service and with a family of six that can be frustrating. Two - the water was shut off one evening and there wasn't communication to the tenants affected and did not end up getting resolved until almost midnight. Given it was 40 degrees, I wasn't going to take myself or my toddler and infant to the showers available within the park. Three - we had an issue with a VERY rude employee but luckily her poor behavior was addressed and is no longer an issue. This was a HUGE step up from the park we stayed in previously and I will definitely be back to bring my boys in to visit because they love everyone.
