The service was friendly, but two people in the kitchen (the one guy was changing fryer grease) made the service operate on island time. All smoked perfectly. Tender still juicy. The only minor adjustment I might make is lightly reasoning the pulled pork after the pull. But that's it. Sauces made up for that though.
