This is the place you go to when you're just looking for a fun place to relax, enjoy a drink or two, enjoy some wings or a burger, listen to some music, and appreciate an attentive and caring wait staff. I picked The Bucket because they're in an RV hospitality program, arriving at around dinner time. I was well served by Jordan who was lovely, friendly and didn't mind me taking this table for about four hours. It's just too hot outside and it's nice and cool inside. They weren't ever busy enough that they needed my table. The only point off is that there's only one table with a power outlet which didn't make a difference tonight. I didn't manage to get any pictures because we were here for a family gathering but there are plenty of other pics so I'm sure you'll get the idea! We (my immediate group) only ordered things off of the appetizer menu but other people had sandwich and entree items and everyone liked what they had. One of the things we got was the seemingly polarizing pepperoni rolls. It looked like, by reading previous reviews, that these are either the cause of or the downfall of western civilization. Me personally I won't weigh in on the debate but I will admit to eating 3 pepperoni rolls so..... We had a large group and were really running the wait staff ragged with so many people but everyone kept the smiles on their faces and did a great job dealing with our big group of yahoos. We had a family event here today. It was my first time at this establishment and it was a wonderful experience. The owner, Chris, was amazing. He stopped by our table many times to check how we were doing and he went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we wanted. The bucket balls were outstanding. The loaded fries were great. I absolutely love this place! The waiters and waitresses we get are always so kind and helpful with the menu. Our food has always been so incredible. The interior, especially the small business tables, are so cute. Some of the best things on the menu are their appetizers. If you try any of those, you truly cannot go wrong! Read that pepperoni rolls were invented in WV and we tried them for the first time. Think it's pizza, not flat but rolled up and deep fried. I don't know how many calories they were. Had a first bite when it was hot. Crispy on the outside and chewy inside. I ate 1 piece and could already feel the higher risk to obesity and heart disease. Hubby ate 2 pieces. They were quite greasy and we suggest getting the smaller order. We had no idea how big the rolls are hence we got the large order. Servers seemed friendly and the clientele was not diverse at all. Spring and summer are our favorite times of the year to visit The Bucket. Since moving to the area in 2020, The Bucket has been a favorite of ours at first because of the food, but then the staff have also made the experience whole! A couple of summers ago we started doing the brunch, and the biscuits & gravy and the Bloody Mary's are perfect! We look forward to this again! Today I ordered our food online when I was about halfway there--ANYTIME a business allows Apple Pay, I'm in--and it was ready for pickup at the bar when I got there. It's a 30 minute drive back home, but the burgers and fries were still piping hot. Our go-to there is a South of the Bucket Burger for him and a Hangover Burger (the lil' Sasquatch) for me. The burgers have always been good, but let me tell you--for the last six months or so, they have been OUTSTANDING!! I do wish we could bring our dog to the deck (we can still go to one of the benches way out, but you know...) but we totally understand that inconsiderate customers ruin things for everyone. We stopped in while passing through on our way back to OH. Upon the recommendation from a fellow patron who we later found out was the owner, we ordered pepperoni rolls. They were delicious. Meh. We came here because we struggled to find a place near our hotel that was even open on the evening we were there. Service was slow. Live music was so loud we had to move outside for our daughter's sake. Kids' Mac and cheese was literally Kraft. And the mandarin oranges came in the package. We enjoyed our sandwiches when they finally came. Just greasy bar fare, but yummy. Chips were just ok. You never know until you try them, and I wasn't in the mood for fries. My husband got the fries. Hubby and I visited The Bucket for the first time and we were more than pleased! our waitress, Kellie, was so friendly and helpful with recommendations. Tony had a couple PBR on draft while I drank unsweetened tea with limes and lemons. We chose the Deep-fried Pepperoni Rolls with banana peppers and onions along with marinara sauce [ hmmmm so so good] and we had 6 Hot Naked Chicken Wings with Ranch sauce and a pizza bread with pepperoni, banana peppers and onions with seasoned steak fries...everything was good but we are hooked on the Pepperoni Rolls...we are definitely going to go back!!! Was looking for a non-touristy place that was full of locals and that's exactly what i got. Sat at the bar and just listened to locals cut up and have a good time. The bartender was busy but she kept everyone's drinks full and meals coming out. I asked for her suggestion on burgers and she recommended the bucket Ball Burger. So i took her suggestion ordered that with a side of fries. Everything came out hot and delicious. It was just the right size burger and fries. I love that the bacon was crispy and the bucket sauce didn't overpower everything. Had kind of a sweet taste with a slight kick. That meal was rough!!! with a capital R. The place wasn't that busy but the staffing caused an hour and a half wait for my food. There was only 2 waitresses servicing the whole place inside and outside. The waitress had a gesture and offered me a 10% off for the wait but I already had a 10% discount for my check in so the gesture was all for not. I ordered 1/2 doz. garlic wings, and a Monte Cristo with potato wedges. The wings were the best part of the meal. They were crispy and tasty. The wedges were pre seasoned frozen type that weren't very good. The Monte Cristo was crispy on the top but they left the sandwich flat while it got cold in the back which caused the bottom to be soggy. There was some entertainment while I waited 1.5 hours for my meal to be prepared... a feud ensued between a guy and a family on the deck and the lady that was with the family proceeded to chase the guy inside the restaurant and cuss him out in front of all the kids and families as she and what appeared to be her son pushed the guy out the front door. Then the lady proceeded to apologize for cussing by calling the guy a "piece of (4 letter word)" while she was apologizing or cussing in front of the kids. It was like a Jerry Springer episode. Stopped by while driving through the area. I had the smoked wing and my wife had the classic burger with an egg. When our food came, the wings we not hot, pretty much room temperature. They didn't taste smoked either. My wife really enjoyed her burger though. Looking back at it, I guess I should have sent back the wings, but I try not to send back much food. We drove 30-45 minutes to arrive at your restaurant approximately at 11:40 on Sunday only to be told you didn't open until 12. (really- Amber was so awesome!) We started with half order of pepperoni rolls, a deep fried local favorite. Half order comes with 4 rolls. They were crispy outside with cheesy pepperoni goodness inside. The marinara dipping sauce was cold, so bummer on that. But rolls were great. Then tried hang over burger and jumbo wings - medium. The burger was juicy and tasty, very good. The fries were also very good, better than most places so get the fries! Jumbo wings are not in set numbers- you choose how many you want when you order... love that! We got medium with ranch to dip. They were a great balance of crispy outside while juicy inside. The medium has a small buffalo kick, nothing too hot. And the wings really were pretty big! I've been here so many times I can't count but never said anything about my experience. This is by far the best place for Cajun dry rub wings. They are amazing. The ghost pepper burger is great as well. I had the jalapeno cheese sticks for the first time today and I'll never get plain again. I've had other items on the menu and it's always good but I really come back to the wings. I will be back again for sure. read more

Showed up seemed like a nice atmosphere at first then they have a loud speaker that blasts the word kitchen over and over when food is ready and it is really annoying. First visit in a while. The Bucket has always been known for their wings and pepperoni rolls. Tonight the people in my party got a burger, a quesadilla and wings with cheese fries and onion rings. Burger and quesadilla were very good, but onion rings were soggy like either the grease is not hot enough or it's old grease or worse probably cooked ahead of time and tossed in the basket to warm them up. Now for the wings....if I had to guess, I would bet that they have a mound of precooked wings that get tossed back in the grease and then tossed in the sauce. Not hot at all, tough to eat and not the jumbo size that they brag about. I know there are off nights, but they were not busy and food was not as good as it has been in the last.
