I asked to speak with the supervisor, but she was arrogant and refused to assist me properly. I had proof by email that my doctor had already sent the prescription. In addition, the nurse personally called the pharmacy to confirm that the prescription had been sent and that the pharmacy had received it in their system. Despite all of this, they still refused to give me my medication. What made the experience even worse was the way I was treated as a Spanish speaker. There were employees who spoke Spanish, but no one was willing to properly help or listen to me. I felt discriminated against and dismissed instead of being treated with professionalism and respect. This experience was unacceptable, unprofessional, and deeply frustrating.

It was definitely a lot more efficient before and now, it feels like they backtracked. The location is pretty clean and they usually have everything that I need in stock. Recently, they also started locking certain things up, which I imagine is due to more things being stolen. I haven't had any major problems with that but it can be a little annoying sometimes to press on the help button whenever you need to get something. There are a lot of personal things that are locked away so it's kind of awkward at times as well. My sister wanted to buy deodorant and even that was locked up. We had to press the button and wait for staff to awkwardly navigate through the various scents until we found which one we wanted.
