I was also told they would call me about 15 minutes before they finished so I could come by and look at the place. I drove by after several hours and the cleaners were gone. Unfortunately, I just have to trust when they left - which is harder since they weren't honest about when they arrived. I didn't hear anything from the company until the next day, which is when I learned about the incorrect start time. When I asked about this, they sad the charge was correct even with the adjusted time.
