I created an online account and booked two appointments, which require deposits. I received a return call to let me know only one deposit is needed for the two of them. My littles came out looking and smelling fantastic. I could not get full pictures, but one of these days I will. My puppers already have their next appointment scheduled and I hope this is the place they get to go to every six to eight weeks.

Jan came out, met Alister, and took him to be groomed! He had a couple mattes since it had been so long and some gunk in his beard. Long nails. Etc. She brought him back inside about an hour later and he looks great! He was super happy. She gave him treats (with permission). He was excited and happy with her. No bad vibes! We'll definitely be using JJs Mobile Grooming again. In fact, we prebooked for his next shave. I would recommend booking ahead, because she's very busy. But it's worth it! If you're looking for cost info - Alister is a small dog, about 15 lbs (really 20 because he's overweight). I'd say about the size of a pug. His groom was $60 which included nails, glands, bath, and haircut. Obviously, there's probably differences in sizes and dog condition in cost. And probably distance, I would think. We're super happy with Jan and JJs Mobile Grooming and so is Alister!

Had my two 3 pound yorkies groomed by this business today. I was quoted $50 for a "puppy" clip and…read more$70 for a full grooming. The groomer came into my home to see the pups and we discussed what I wanted done. I chose just a puppy cut since it was their first grooming. One of the pups had an area that was matted and I was told it would be $10 to comb out the mat, which I agreed to....total should have been $110. I carried the pups out to the trailer, which needed a good cleaning. The groomer brought in the first pup when she was finished. I checked the pup to make there were no cuts or scratches, nails on both hind feet were bleeding, cut way too short, even though I had just told her that they recently had their nails clipped at the vet. When I brought that to her attention I was told that they do also use grinders if requested.....shouldn't that be offered to the customer? The second pup had a mat, which I was aware of. When it was time to pay I was charged $90 total, I paid it. Later this evening I start getting phone calls and texts from the owner. I called her back and was informed I had been under charged. She said that I owe $50 more, for the mats on both pups and the scissor trim, which was very minimal. I informed her that only one pup had been matted and not badly. After paying an extra $40 for what I feel was over charges for the service I received I checked the matted area on the pup, it had not been brushed, it was shaved bald. I feel that the service I received was subpar and over priced.
