Out of service date 7/13/2017, make sure to do your research prior to booking as I know of a group that utilized the services after the above date. Here is the review posted 6/30/2017 From the beginning working with Chariot Limo's was not pleasant due to their lack to answer phone calls or respond to voicemails or emails. However, my major concern with their company is their driver quality. We were notified the day before our reservation that due to a driver going through a field and having the front go into a ditch the AC was broken & they offered us a different bus due to the heat would be unbearable without AC. While leaving one of our stops the driver was having difficulties. Instead of asking the passengers to exit the bus while she could try to get the bus in a better exit position she continued to attempt to exit & all of the passengers on the driver side of the bus were knocked out of their seats when she dipped into a pothole leaving passengers with multiple scratches & bruises.

When a storm threatened to cancel all flights out of CID for the evening, my manager (whose manner is similar to the boss in The Devil Wears Prada), Bram went all the way above and beyond to find me a car service to drive my manager to the next town over (a 2-hour drive). He even went so far as to dial up his competitors to help me out of a crap situation. Seriously a great experience. So painless. Accurate and fair billing. They said "If you burn anything you will have to pay a $150 fee" so a few people smoked by the windows and they ended up charging us the fee without any damage. He stopped at an ATM on the way home without telling us and said we owedhim $150 for smoking inside. I brought it up with the owner because they never told us we werenet allowed to smoke inside and he gave me attitude and said we were lucky he wasnt charging more. They are listed under different names and numbers... OC Limos, OC Limoz, KLS Limos... Its all tehs ame people. Make sure y ou are aware of the rules before you go. Also: No alcohol is included, they have a few plastic cups in a package in the back no glasses to use. A few bottles of water and a few pepsi cans. Thats it.
