Here is the review posted 6/30/2017 From the beginning working with Chariot Limo's was not pleasant due to their lack to answer phone calls or respond to voicemails or emails. However, my major concern with their company is their driver quality. We were notified the day before our reservation that due to a driver going through a field and having the front go into a ditch the AC was broken & they offered us a different bus due to the heat would be unbearable without AC. While leaving one of our stops the driver was having difficulties. Instead of asking the passengers to exit the bus while she could try to get the bus in a better exit position she continued to attempt to exit & all of the passengers on the driver side of the bus were knocked out of their seats when she dipped into a pothole leaving passengers with multiple scratches & bruises.
