After two hours of trying to get rides, we found this place. Rick, who owns and operates the motel alone, came and picked up us and all our luggage himself. After calling Rick and asking if he had a room for us, and could give us a ride, it was no more than 20 minutes from being stranded at a closed gas station in the freezing cold, to being checked into a room. He even gave us some homemade beef jerky in case we didn't have any food. (best beef jerky I've ever had) Great prices, great service, excellent place to stay. Since I've been coming here for years, I think I won't be back for a while. Nothing really changes here and it just feels run down. It isn't cheap either. If you've never been, I would suggest at least checking it out. There is a lot to do for first-timers; boat rides, Ducks, waterparks, mini-golf, go-karts, zip lines, fishing, water sports on Lake Delton, Tommy Bartlett, etc. Having done all this, it does get boring. If you want a low-key dinner, definitely hit up Pizza Pub!

The Lodge is a beautiful log cabin, it's very clean, seems to be well maintained. It has comfortable beds, all bedding, and a fully stocked kitchen. The internet works well, and it's so quiet and dark at night that we all slept great! There is plenty of room for our whole family. The only suggestion I'd make is to add mirrors to the bedrooms to help getting ready easier since the only mirror is in the bathroom. A friendly property manager stopped by during our most recent stay to let us know about the firewood for the fire pit. We really appreciated this, though we didn't have time to use it. We'd definitely recommend this place for a comfortable, hassle-free stay!

We sat on the porch with out dog and played cards, walked around the property. The have a small lake that is aerated and clean with a small sandy beach perfect for small kids. It was very relaxing. The kitchen has all of the pans and utensils you will need. We used the bbq grill and made steaks one night. We went into the Dells one day and found a dog friendly restaurant called The Grateful Shed. One of a kind place for sharing lunch and a cocktail inside or out with your dog. Highly recommend. This family owned small resort is awesome. Thank you!

The indoor and outdoor pools are absolutely amazing--perfect for kids and adults alike. The outdoor pool has a super fun vibe, and the indoor pool is spotless and a great option for rainy or cooler days, or a night swim. The rooms were super clean -- genuinely well-kept and comfortable. You can tell the staff takes real pride in maintaining the property. Everything felt fresh and inviting. The management is incredibly friendly and responsive. From the moment we checked in with Brad (owner) we felt welcomed. They were happy to answer questions, offer suggestions on local eats and attractions, and really seemed to care about our experience. The location is ideal--just far enough from the hustle of downtown to be quiet and relaxing, but still super convenient to everything Wisconsin Dells has to offer. We were able to walk or take a quick drive to shops, restaurants, and the waterparks. Bonus points for the nostalgic charm of the property--it has that classic Dells feel but is updated and well-maintained. A perfect mix of retro and modern. We'll definitely be back. Can't recommend it enough!
