The cars were on time. However disappointingly and unexpectedly, one of the cars in particular was fairly dirty which was something that we were trying to avoid by using a car service. More alarmingly, the driver of the lead car blatantly ran a red light. Luckily no other cars were passing through the intersection. The other car driver expressed disbelief to his colleague's action. I did notify Limelight of these concerns. They apologized and offered 25% off my next service. There will be no next service for us as $175/hour should get one safe driving in a clean car.
